Adaptogens,  like Chinese ginseng and Peruvian maca,  are hailed for their ability to reduce the effects stress hormones can have on the body.  

Prairie Naturals Organic Maca is fermented to increase bioavailability of the nutrient dense root.

DIRECTIONS & USE
Mix 2 teaspoon (8.4g) in a hot or cold beverage, a smoothie or add to meals. 
Organic Maca is the only known source of the fatty acids (macamides and macaenes) as well as a good source of iron.
