Application ~ Ensure the wall, or area you are sticking them to is clean and dry. If a wall has been freshly painted, it is advised to wait 2 weeks or more for the paint to be thoroughly dry before using these stickers as they can damage the paint.

*Please note that there is a thin white halo around the stickers to keep them sturdy so they work best on a white or pale background if you want a more seamless finish. The stickers can cause damage to delicate surfaces such as paper or fresh paint. We will not be held responsible for any installation issues or damage. We recommend testing a small area first.

Shipping ~ We aim to dispatch your stickers within 1-2 days after payment has been received. Your stickers will be packaged in tube and sent to you via Royal Mail. Please check Shipping & Returns for more information specific to destination country.

Cancellation Policy ~ Due to our products being printed to order, we cannot accept cancellations. Orders can be processed as quickly as 30 minutes after payment has been received so please be sure before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds ~ As mentioned above, all of our products are printed to order especially for you so we are unable to accept returns on our products unless there is a manufacturing fault or the item is damaged in transit. We will however, always do our absolute best to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase so please do not hesitate to get in touch if there is any issue at all.
