This wide belt sander comes equipped with advanced features to improve performance and operator safety. Photo-electric belt tracking maintains accurate alignment throughout operation, while pneumatic belt tensioning ensures dependable performance and smooth sanding. A 2-1/2" removable platen and dual height adjustment indicators make setup and adjustments fast and precise. For safety, five emergency stops are strategically positioned.
The material handling system is engineered for consistency and durability, featuring two rubber-covered pinch rollers (1-1/2" OD), a heavy-duty rubber-covered contact roller (4-1/4" OD) with a 1-3/8" drive bearing, and two machined idler rollers (2-3/16" OD) with 3/4" bearings. The conveyor table is supported by four 3/4" acme-threaded jackscrews for stability, powered by a 1 HP conveyor motor that ensures steady feed rates. A 6" internal dust chute helps maintain a cleaner, safer shop environment.

If you have a return issue, contact Woodcraft Supply customer service @ 1-800-535-4482 for return details. Returns of Safety Speed Manufacturing manufacturer-shipped items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer to pay return freight.
When returning product, please include the invoice number or customer number and refer to the back of the invoice for shipping instructions. If purchased at a Woodcraft Store, please return the item directly to the store where your purchase was made.
