Lifted floral notes, guava, and citrus. Distinctive flavours of passionfruit and white nectarine intermingled with layers of minerality, finishing with a fresh mouth-watering acidity.

Near perfect weather patterns over the flowering period and through December resulted in even crops and healthy canopies to ripen the fruit.The weather took a turn in February with above average rainfall and cooler temperatures for the month. Perfect ripening conditions then ensued through the remainder of the month and into March. Daily monitoring of our vineyards over the period of harvest was key to maintaining wine quality throughout the season.

Harvested at peak flavour maturity. Gentle juice extraction, cold settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks and a portion in older oak with a range of aromatic yeasts.

I've ordered 8 of these Button-down collared, long sleeved Oxford shirts in eight different colors. I'm 6', weigh 195. And have a 44" chest and fairly broad shoulders. The XL give me ample room, plenty of shirt tail to tuck in. And are well made. The shirts have a nice soft feeling to them. If you wash them with like items, and dry them likewise, taking them out before the cycle ends and hanging them. You won't have a single wrinkle. The shirts are true to color, and true to size if you follow the size guideline. These are not tailor fit, but regular fit shirts. Fabric quality seems very durable and well made. There is no smell when receiving the shirts. No more so than buying a shirt at a retail store. They do come in a vacuum bag. The shirts are a little heavier than a poplin shirt and can be worn year-round. These are great casual shirts for jeans and a sport coat, or slacks. I like the quality and the colors. I also like the thickness of the shirts. All of the shirts I've bought, black, blue, etc, have white buttons. Which makes them more of a casual shirt. But well worth the price.
