INTRODUCTION:

Welcome to the Lead the Development of Adult Language, Literacy & Numeracy Skills course. This course only includes a challenge assessment designed to assess your knowledge and skills required to demonstrate competence in analysing LLN requirements and learner needs, using the ACSF to determine skill levels and support strategies, designing and implementing LLN support in training contexts, monitoring learner progress, applying current LLN research and improvement strategies, and leading others to strengthen adult LLN practice.

Leading the development of adult language, literacy, and numeracy skills involves identifying the LLN demands of training and workplace or community contexts and designing support that helps adult learners participate, progress, and achieve training outcomes. In real workplace practice, this requires workers to analyse training specifications and learner backgrounds, identify barriers to LLN development, determine learner skill levels using appropriate tools, select and adapt strategies for reading, writing, speaking, listening, and numeracy development, and implement support programs suited to different learners and settings. This is important because effective LLN support improves learner access, participation, confidence, and performance, while also helping trainers and organisations deliver training that is inclusive, responsive, and aligned with learner and workplace needs.

The course assessment focuses on your ability to analyse training specifications, learning situations, and training contexts to identify LLN requirements using the ACSF, identify learner backgrounds and factors affecting LLN development, determine existing LLN skill levels using relevant tools, analyse learner strengths and support needs, examine strategies for developing reading, writing, speaking, listening, and numeracy skills, design training and assessment that builds LLN skills, access and adapt LLN resources, implement LLN support programs, monitor learner progress and review support effectiveness, apply current research and improvement strategies, and lead and support less experienced trainers and assessors to extend their LLN practice.

By successfully completing this course assessment, you will have demonstrated that you can lead the development of adult language, literacy, and numeracy skills by identifying LLN demands and learner needs, designing and implementing suitable support strategies, using the ACSF to guide analysis and planning, monitoring learner progress and support effectiveness, applying current LLN improvement approaches, and supporting others to strengthen LLN practice in training, workplace, and community settings.

Kindle Version is HORRIBLE
Format: Kindle
I recently bought the Kindle Version, and although I love this book as a reference guide the publisher did not include indexing which does not allow a reader to search making it almost impossible and very time consuming to hunt down a term or entry. If you are considering buying the kindle version I would highly recommend purchasing the paperback version as it will be much easier to peruse the entries.

Wow, Wow Wow, wonderful book! You won't be able to put down.
Format: Paperback
Enemies to lovers Collin and Olivia are the perfect pair in an opposite attracts that really hits on all cylinders! After a fire Olivia tries to get her feet back on the ground and moves in with her brother and Collin. Collin just seems to have everything together and Olivia, well not so much. But the more they banter the more the heat is turned up and they stumble into something they are both not sure of. Plenty of mis understandings on both sides and the plot device of mis texting is taken to a high degree, but oh when all is straightened out the HEA is the best. As author Painter knew we needed more, the bonus scenes are oh so satisfying. Great, great book!

Fun light RomCom
Format: Paperback
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 Spice rating: 🌶 1.5/5🥵 Read if you like the following tropes: • Enemies to Lovers           • Brother's best friend          • RomCom                  • Forced proximity.    "So tell me exactly what you're wearing" It has been WAY too long since I've read a RomCom and this was THE perfect book to remind me how much I missed them! I read this book in one day simply because I could not put it down or stop thinking about it. "Mr. Wrong number: I texted the wrong number, didn't I? Me: Yeah, you did :)" This was such a light, fun, quick read that had me laughing. "I'd gone from finding her the most annoying girl in the planet to being inexplicably obsessed with her. " Loved the duel POV and how because the two MC's know each other, you not only got 🔥 banter between Colin and Olivia but also between Mr. Wrong number and Misdial (2x the 🔥 banter??? SIGN ME UP🙋‍♀️) "She was the first thing I thought of when I woke up in the morning,  and the last thing before I feel asleep. I would blow off anything to be with her, because everything was brighter when Olivia was around. " I Loved Olivia's disastrous luck, her passion for writing and live in the moment spirit. And I Loved the whole plot and texting element to the story . The one character I couldn't stand was Olivia's mother🙄😡 ugh. IYKYK I look forward to reading more from Lynn Painter as I really enjoyed her writing style.

Disappointing with too much "sturm und drang".
Format: Kindle
I was disappointed after the joy of "Happily Never After". I found both characters unpleasant. I've known people like her who broke everything they touched, and had zero consideration other people's property. She always refused to accept responsibility. It was always "Not my fault", or blaming the victim for the valuable she just destroyed. She's not funny. She's not honest, and she's not appealing. And he is a bit of a door mat, letting his father say the most awful things and not setting him straight and walking away. It's a pity because the premise is good and frequently hilarious, but she's a walking, talking red flag.
