Effect: Teleport a borrowed driver's license under near impossible conditions. Two manila envelopes are shown. Each is just large enough to hold a driver's license. Any spectator comes forward. No stooge or pre-show work. He hands you his driver's license which is placed inside one of the manila envelopes. The performer marks a large 1 on the front of the envelope. This envelope is then placed inside a larger window envelope where it is seen through the clear window. The window envelope is then clipped closed with a paper clip and finally placed inside a clear plastic bag and given to the participant to hold.
The second manila envelope is then marked with the number 2 and shown to be empty. It really is and is not gimmicked in any way. The performer then places this empty envelope inside another window envelope where it remains in full view through the clear window. The envelope is clipped closed with a paper clip and propped up on a table so the audience always sees it.
Now here this. The performer cause the driver's license to vanish from the envelope being held by the participant. He opens the envelope marked 1 and it is empty. He can examine it as it is not gimmicked. His license has vanished.
The performer calls attention to the envelope marked 2 that is inside the window envelope that has been in full view. The envelope that is marked 2 is given to the participant. When he opens it he finds his driver's license inside. He may examine the envelope as it too is not gimmicked. Baffling beyond words.
Requires NO SKILL. There is no palming and everything is done in a slow and smooth manner. No extra gimmicks, nothing used but the envelopes. The method will amaze you, so clever, yet so easy. Come complete with envelopes and detailed direction in the usual Devin Knight style.
"Unbelievable! This as Devin says, 'Can be a show stopper.' The amount of work to make this happen- VERY LITTLE! That's what makes this so so nice. Not only is the magic that happens, almost as real as magic can get, but it is so so easy to accomplish. If you never bought anything from Devin- I suggest you start with this one- YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!"

"I loved Psychoportation -- such an elegant and clever secret, and the routine is so tightly constructed...as with pretty much all the items you release. You improve everything you touch. Your documentation is a model of completeness and thoughtfulness. You never disappoint me."

I Was WRONG!!!
I ordered this because I wanted to try it out.
First, make sure that you have the correct filters available or you will get irritated too... It uses a V02 filter (the small triangular kind). Then after reading the instructions I realized how many steps are required to make a cup or two of coffee with this contraption... : ) I would really recommend making yourself familiar with this type coffee brewing PRIOR to making this your first cup of coffee in the morning! lol
I also didn't have a Gooseneck-style teapot (I did get by without it, but I can see where you will want that style of teapot to make the pouring process more precise!), but I improvised and used a regular teapot and it did work.
Keeping in mind, I had NO idea what a pour-over coffee pot involved to make a cup of coffee, hadn't had any caffiene yet and have been battling a virus for over a week now, up until I tried the coffee I was ready to complain about this coffee pot...
Then I tried the coffee...OH MY!!! This was one of the BEST cups of coffee I have ever had! I used old, bleached white coffee filters, some flavored, pre-ground Cameron's coffee (so not even a strong grind), and I couldn't shut up! This is one FABULOUS coffee maker!
I am SOLD on a pour-over style brewed coffee! If you have never tried one of these, please do! It makes a fabulous cup of coffee!

Just as described
Like I needed one more thing on my countertop! But it's coffee, so I'll make it work out. This is first product of it's type that I've used. I've seen it offered in coffee shops and thought that slower drip process must create a nice coffee. So, I've tried and I love it. Just follow the instructions, and get the filters at the same time or pick some up at your grocery store. If you're like me, you'll want to try it out right away.
I enjoy a dark roast and this really improved the flavor of my usual brand of coffee. The only thing that concerns me is the beaker is made of pretty thin glass. I'm wondering if thicker glass would also help to keep the brew hot as I make enough for two cups. Overall, I'm really happy to have found this.

Durable glass coffee container, nice to use
Previously, we were using an old metal coffee can to store our coffee. The problem is that because it was not transparent, we found ourselves frequently running out of coffee. Out of sight, out of mind.
This glass container lets us see how much coffee we have left, but the fact that the glass bottom didn't appear to be reinforced had concerned me somewhat, particularly because our kitchen counter is hard ceramic tile.
Well, it seems that these glass containers are made of borosilicate glass, which is a special glass made with boron that has superior strength and durability. Apparently, borosilicate glass is made at a higher temperature, and slowly cooled to room temperature in a process called annealing. Annealing involves controlled cooling to relieve internal stresses and improve the strength and durability of the glassware. Still, I wish that the base of the glass container was thicker, like most bottles and jars.
The lid fits on snug and airtight, and there is a button on top that you can push to pump out air and create a vacuum seal. I cannot comment on the worth of this nifty aspect, as the taste of our coffee has not noticeably changed after we began storing our beans in this container.
Still, it is a nice container, it looks nice, appears to function well, and hasn't cracked yet. It even comes with a small sturdy steel coffee scoop. And we get to see our coffee all day long.

High quality
Bottom line - highly quality vacuum container - would recommend for use with products that are not used daily.
Ordered this for use to store my whole coffee beans. The product appears well crafted and the glass is high quality. After washing and drying the product, I loaded it up with a pound of coffee and this sealed extremely well. It is pretty much impossible to remove the lid without using the release to break the vacuum.
However, after using this for a few days I started to feel like it was a little more work than I wanted to do on a daily basis. It seems to take a while until the button stayed down at the recommend level - I'd rather just push a button once, slid the lid on and release to seal the container than have to push the button 30-40 times to get a vacuum seal.
If you stock up on coffee when there is a good sale, I still wouldn't recommend this for longer term coffee storage, simply because it is a clear container - coffee slowly degrades when exposed to light so it should be an opaque material. I am now using this to store my ground corn (polenta) to ensure it stays fresh and keeps any bugs out that may get into the pantry - after one experience with pantry moths, I don't take chances and now put all my grain in good quality containers. Since I only make polenta about once a month, I don't mind the time/effort it takes to reseal.
Overall, this seems to be a well crafted and high quality product. However, it does seem to be a little on the expensive side for what you get and just didn't work out for me (as originally intended). Fortunately, I did find a good use for it.
