What Makes the Cloud Plus PR-511 the Most Versatile Golden Infinite-Position Chair
4-Zone MaxiComfort PositioningFour independent comfort zones — back, footrest, power headrest, and power lumbar — each controlled separately from the AutoDrive programmable hand control. MaxiComfort zero-gravity positioning reclines the back and raises the footrest simultaneously past horizontal to the full zero-gravity position with feet above the heart. AutoDrive stores two saveable custom positions for one-touch recall. The PR-511 is a 4-zone chair — it does not include the 5th Twilight Tilt zone found on the PR-525 and PR-527.
Split-Arm Convenience SystemThe right arm houses the AutoDrive hand control dock, wireless smartphone charger, and a power port that holds either the included LED reading light or the included butler tray table. The left arm houses a built-in drink holder, USB charging port, and extra storage space. All arm features are integrated into the chair structure — no side table required. Medium Extra Wide — 600 lb Capacity, 29" SeatThe Medium Extra Wide is a distinct size configuration: 29" seat width between arms, 43" overall width, 600 lb capacity, and only 20" of wall clearance — the lowest of all four sizes. It shares the same height range as Medium (5'5"–6'0") but is designed for users who need a wider seat. The 600 lb rating is exclusive to this size — all other PR-511 sizes are rated to 400 lbs. Butler Tray + LED Reading Light Included StandardThe removable butler tray slides into the right arm power port mount and provides a stable flat surface for a tablet, meals, or medications, then stores away when not needed. The flexible LED reading light mounts to the same port for directed light without a floor lamp. Both included standard on all sizes. The full accessory ecosystem — Bluetooth speaker, cooling fan, tablet holder, snack bowl, essential oil diffuser, wine glass holder — is available as optional add-ons.

They share the same split-arm platform — wireless charging, hand control dock, LED light, butler tray, drink holder, USB — and both use the plush seamed back with bucket seat. The key difference is positioning: the PR-525 adds a 5th Twilight Tilt zone that tilts the entire chair from the rear pivot, achieving deeper zero-gravity and Trendelenburg. The PR-511 is a 4-zone MaxiComfort chair without Twilight. The PR-511 also offers a fourth size — Medium Extra Wide with 600 lb capacity — which the PR-525 does not. If Twilight and Trendelenburg positioning are not required and the arm convenience features are the priority, the PR-511 is the lower-cost way to get the same split-arm system.
No. The PR-511 does not achieve Trendelenburg positioning. It reaches zero gravity — feet at or slightly above heart level — but not feet above head. The Cloud PR-510 and Cloud PR-527 both achieve Trendelenburg. If your physician has specifically recommended Trendelenburg, call us to discuss the right chair. 866-218-0902.
The Medium Extra Wide serves the same height range (5'5"–6'0") but has a 29" seat width vs. 23" on standard Medium, a 43" overall width vs. 37.5", and 600 lb capacity vs. 400 lbs. It also has slightly less wall clearance (20" vs. 22"). The Extra Wide is the right choice when the user's assessment indicates a wider seat is needed for proper fit. Standard lift chairs tilt forward as they rise, requiring the user to lean forward and push up from the lifted position. The Straight Lift option raises the chair straight up instead — the seat remains level throughout the lift motion, allowing a caregiver to assist with transfer directly to a wheelchair, walker, or standing position. Surprised!
I was really hesitant to get this product because of the very mixed reviews but I decided to give it a try. I was so completely surprised by this and its effectiveness and appearance.
While I haven’t used it long enough to know if it has any effect on fine lines, the under eye effect is truly magical.
I’ve yet to find any product that makes my bags go away, but I just put a light layer of this on and my bags go away in 10 minutes and I look like I slept twelve hours and aged in reverse.
It is definitely a greasy product so if you are prone to oily skin, I’d say this may not be the product for you. For me, I put a light layer on under my eyes, my smile lines, and forehead. For me, it absorbs quite well and leaves my skin looking very shiny and glowy which I love.
I have not had any issues with the texture of it, or had it leave any residue but I’m using quite a thin layer, which I think is what is intended.
10/10 would but again.

AMAZING!!
This stuff actually WORKS, Y'ALL! I was hopeful when I ordered but didn't totally know what to expect. But after using the entire tube I CAN SAY IT WORKS! I'll be 40 in a couple of weeks. A smoker for almost 25yrs and big time tanaholic and it shows on my face 😟, so I need help. The most noticeable difference is what it did to my crows feet. They're still there BUT NOT when I have just resting face. They show up when I laugh or smile, but if I just have a straight face I have ZERO crows feet now. I used it every night, a few times during the day (maybe like 5× max), but I kept it next to my bed and put it allover my face, with more attention to my eye area. I got it on 11-23 and started using that day. On 12-16 I thought I'd used it all up, so got mad and ordered a different product (same concept, just different brand). But realized I just needed to twist more and I had way more product left 😬. So like I said, I used this from 11-23 every night religiously until I ACTUALLY used it ALL on 1-4. I DO have a noticeable difference in skin texture, smoothness and definite hydration. The scent is barely there and the longevity is good, too. I mean I used this religiously and it lasted almost 6 weeks. The value for the money was great when I ordered it, it costs more now though. It IS a lil greasy, but I was using it at night so I didn't care and it didn't cause any breakouts 🙌🏼 I'm gonna try this new stuff I got since I already ordered it and see how I like it. If not then I'm buying this again for sure! I literally used every last drop 😂

I completely forgot to tell y'all what this did to my 11's!!! Idk the proper term, but the deep lines you get on the inside of your brows, especially noticeable when you frown or focus: VERY BIG CHANGE! I'm NOT claiming this will work on everyone but it's done wonders for me! My 11's are still here but they're nowhere as close to what they were! Not as deep or noticeable, soooo much smoother! I ordered a similar product, (different brand) and started using it on 1-5. Today is 1-30 and I'm already out of it so I came back to order THIS again, the Dr. Melaxin Balm stick. It lasts longer and works better than the high-end product that only lasted 25 days. THIS BALM STICK IS WHERE IT'S AT, Y'ALL!!

Great product for dry, sensitive under eyes, however does not really reduce wrinkles
Great moisturizer. While it’s marketed as reversing wrinkles that has not been my experience however I have very thin skin underneath my eyes that is often dry and very dark from allergies. I put this on every day and every night and I have noticed a huge difference in the way, my eyes look. I wouldn’t say it reduces wrinkles, but it definitely is really a great hydrator, especially if you have allergies. It’s very good for sensitive skin. I do use it all over my face, especially around my mouth area as well and again haven’t noticed that it really reduces my wrinkles, but it definitely helps. Hydrate all those sensitive problem areas. I liked it so much. I bought it twice.

Doesn't give instant results like those videos you see but still works good
Ive been seeing so many videos with different people saying how this stuff works instantly on their lines and bags under their eyes. I thought when I got it it was going to be oily because in those videos it literally looks like they have oil on their face. HOWEVER, this is more like a chapstick texture. I tried to use it on my eye bags as soon as I got it but I swear it almost made them look worse. Those videos showing them getting results instantly just aren't true. I've only been using it for a few days and I do see the lines on my forehead & between my eyes are definitely less noticeable so it is doing something so far! My bags however it's just done nothing noticeable for YET. That will probably take a couple weeks to show results. So long story short, if you're thinking about buying this thinking you're going to get the results from those videos going around you'll be disappointed but it does still give results. I will probably update after a couple weeks or however long it takes for my bags under my eyes to go away or to at least see results. My lines on my face aren't very prominent but my bags under my eyes are so we'll see.
Also this product isn't greasy I have an oily T zone and this doesn't make my face oily at all. If you don't like how it feels when you rub the stick on your face then use your hands and rub the product in to the skin and it will completely absorb the product.

One of the Most Useful Skincare Products I Own
Title: One of the Most Useful Products for Mature Skin — Smooths, Protects, and Works Beautifully Under Makeup
At 52 with post-menopausal dry, mature skin, I’m always looking for products that don’t just sit on the surface, but actually improve how my skin looks and behaves throughout the day. This surprised me in the best way.
This is not a treatment product, and it’s important to set that expectation upfront. This is a barrier-supporting, smoothing balm, and when you use it for what it is, it performs exceptionally well.
The texture is where it really wins. It’s a solid balm stick, but it glides effortlessly without dragging or pulling on the skin, which is critical for more delicate, mature areas. It melts just enough on contact and leaves behind a smooth, lightweight, conditioned finish that feels nourishing without being greasy or heavy.
From a formulation standpoint, this is built around silicones and emollients that give an immediate soft-focus effect, combined with oils and butters that help reinforce the moisture barrier. There’s also adenosine for long-term wrinkle support and collagen extract for conditioning, though this is not going to rebuild collagen or act like a corrective serum.
What it does do extremely well is improve the appearance of the skin instantly. It softens fine lines, reduces that dry, crepey look that can show up midday, and adds just enough slip and hydration to make the skin look healthier and more refined.
Where I really love this is under makeup.
It creates a smooth, hydrated base that helps foundation sit better and prevents it from catching on dry areas. It doesn’t pill, it doesn’t break anything down, and it adds that subtle cushion that mature skin really benefits from. I’ve also used it over makeup for touch-ups, and it works just as well without disturbing what’s underneath.
