Elle est fabriquée à la main à l’aide d’un métier à tisser ancestral et une laine de mouton naturelle et locale par des artisans talentueux de la vieille médina de Fès.
Origine
Cette pièce a été fabriquée à la main avec le plus grand soin par les artisans partenaires de Folks & Tales. Dans un petit atelier au sein de la médina de Fès, la plus vaste zone piétonne au monde, Yahya et trois autres artisans s’activent tous les jours pour préserver un savoir-faire transmis de génération en génération. Dans ce lieu unique où le temps s’est arrêté, des métiers à tisser ancestraux côtoient rouets et marmites pour teinter la laine.
