The Michell Audio TecnoArm 2 Tonearm delivers true audiophile performance at exceptional value, competing with tonearms several times its price. Designed to pair perfectly with Michell Gyro and Orbe turntables, the TecnoArm 2 features a custom one-piece aluminum arm tube that is shot-blasted to control resonance and precision-drilled with 22 underside holes to reduce mass and improve tracking agility. A perfectly machined integral headshell, aligned parallel to the bearing axis, ensures accurate cartridge geometry and stability. The tonearm is assembled using ultra-low-friction polymer bearings and a redesigned mounting base, allowing the stylus to trace grooves with remarkable precision and musical coherence. Internally, the TecnoArm 2 is wired end-to-end with Michell’s proprietary loom using 99.9999% pure silver litz wire, with no internal joints for maximum signal purity. Supplied with the TecnoWeight counterweight and VTA/SRA adjustment, it offers exceptional clarity, dynamics, and long-term upgrade potential for serious vinyl listeners.
