We make the shade using cotton fabric that we mount to lampshade styrene, and trim the edges with grosgrain binding. The shade attaches to our maple wood base. There is a cast iron weight underneath the lamp. 8 foot cord with a switch near the base. Handmade with care and perfection, using UL parts. 40 watt

Cake plate size

These are more like cake plates or children's plates. I use them for desserts or a sandwich but when I want a bigger one then I get the other ones a bigger size......
