About the Author
El Alma holds a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in counseling. She worked for over thirty years with families grieving a loss, facing trauma, and navigating relational issues from disability diagnoses. Now semi-retired, El offers spiritual counseling and guidance. Married fifty-six years, she lives in Australia.
