In Turmoil, you’ll place delegates into the Terraforming Committee, maneuver among political parties, and ride shifting policies that can boost your strategy—or punish it if you’re unprepared. Each generation brings a new Global Event that alters the economic and social climate, pushing everyone to adapt their engines and timing. The added layer increases interaction as you compete for influence, anticipate upcoming events, and decide when to invest in long-term stability versus short-term gains.
