Ingredients:  taurine, zinc bisglycinate (zinc), ubiquinol (coenzyme Q10), glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, chromium (III) chloride (chromium), maltodextrin, sodium selenite (selenium), calcium carbonate, nicotinamide (niacin), glycine, glutamine, L-cysteine (cysteine), thiamine hydrochloride (thiamine), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended daily dose:  1 capsule daily, drink sufficient amount of water.
