Controller Compatibility
The GEM e4 uses a factory 72V controller. The 76.8V Fleet Lithium pack is designed to work with the factory system. No controller reprogramming is typically required for standard installations.

Do I need to reprogram my controller?
No. The factory 72V controller is compatible with the 76.8V lithium pack out of the box.
