Honey is unique in that no two honeys taste exactly the same as the taste depends on the region in which the bees pollinated. Pure honey has no additives and if stored correctly will have an almost indefinite shelf life.

Raw, unprocessed honey is harvested directly from the honeycomb. It is cold-filtered to remove assorted debri, including beeswax and pollen. Raw honey is naturally cloudier and has more variation in texture and colour than processed honey.

A healthy and excellent sweetener, honey can be used in many different ways.

Himalayan Wild Honey comes from the nectar of wild flowers growing in the Himalaya. It is not pasteurized, heated or processed in any way thus ensuring that all the beneficial enzymes, antioxidants and nutrients are preserved.
