An organic blend of old vine Monastrell and Syrah. Grapes are sourced from 30 year old vines at high altitudes of 750-metres, planted on limestone soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, the wine is then aged in barrel to add toasty oak notes and to add fruther complexity to the wine.
Food Pairing: The rich smoky notes in the wine makes this excellent with depply flavoured game dishes, beef goulash or spiced lentil stew.
