The DS1807E+ is an addressable dual audio taper potentiometer in 14 pin TSSOP package. The device includes dual audio taper potentiometer having a logarithmic resistive characteristic (1dB per step). Each potentiometer has a total of 65 wiper positions including the mute position. Adjacent wiper positions are separated by 1 dB giving a total attenuation range of 64 dB. When the wipers are in the mute position, attenuation in excess of 90 dB is achieved. The DS1807 is controlled via a two-input serial synchronous interface that provides the capability of addressing up to eight different DS1807s. Addressability is obtained via communication protocol and three address select inputs A0, A1 and A2. Communication protocol allows for independent or simultaneous setting of the two potentiometer wipers. It replaces mechanical potentiometers with digital accuracy and reliability while its low-power circuits consume very little current.

Unsafe and absolutely garbage

If I could give this zero stars, I would. My dog had it for approximately two minutes of playtime, I didn’t even get to throw it, and it already had holes in it. He wasn’t chewing it or playing aggressively. He simply had it folded in half in his mouth and it tore. This toy is not safe for dogs.

Perfect ball for my Chihuahua

My dog is a Chihuahua. The small size is perfect for her. She loves chewing on the ball and loves the crackling noise from the material inside. I love that it is strong enough, she cannot tear it apart or is she able to remove the material inside. Perfect for her.

Holds up pretty well.

Holds up against my velociraptor! Much better than some of the other holey balls that get torn apart quickly. I think this is a great idea to reuse old shoe soles into toys for the heavy chewers like heelers. I would like to see a large ball like 10-12 inch diameter, so they can push and throw it around.
