The Black UEM-155-TA4F-BK Omnidirectional Earset Microphone with TA4F Connector for Shure Transmitters from Senal is a low-profile, lightweight, and miniature hands-free microphone with a flexible boom arm that can be worn on either ear. It can be used to deliver rich, accurate, and natural-sounding audio in vocal and speech applications for theater performances, lectures, houses of worship, and more.

The adjustable ear loop comfortably conforms to your ear, and the boom can be precisely placed to deliver an accurate sound. The UEM-155 microphone capsule is optimized to capture rich and natural-sounding speech or vocals, and provides high gain before feedback. The microphone's proximity to the mouth assures accuracy and clarity.

For Shure Bodypack Transmitters
The UEM-155 features a TA4F connector for connectivity with Shure Bodypack Transmitters. The four-foot cable is long enough that it won't restrict your movements while speaking or performing.
Speech and Vocals
The UEM-155 is optimized for the voice. It features a rich and natural sound, whether you're speaking or singing. Proximity to the microphone limits volume fluctuations and assures that the mic is always in a suitable position to capture your voice.
Omnidirectional Polar Pattern
The miniature omnidirectional capsule ensures low sensitivity to vocal pops or plosives. Its accurate and natural sound eliminates the proximity effect, which can make your voice sound deep and boomy as you move closer to the microphone.
Low Profile
Thanks to the narrow mic boom, an earpiece that tucks neatly behind your ear, and the option of black or tan colors, the UEM-155 is inconspicuous and won't be a distraction to your audience.
High Gain Before Feedback
The UEM-155 has been optimized to drastically reduce the possibility of feedback that can interrupt programs and performances. This microphone can tolerate high levels of amplification, so you can use it in large rooms or when performing on a loud, live stage environment.
Windscreen and Clothing Clip
For the quietest performance, the included windscreen minimizes unwanted noise from wind or moving air. The clothing clip affixes the mic cable to clothes and prevents handling or cable noise.

A serious read about a very relevant, non-fiction topic... not a light hearted read.
Format: Kindle
A serious non-fiction, not a leisurely novel... very detailed, lots of research went into this, and a lot to be learned from reading thru it.. an excellent education of all that leads up to our Supreme Court,... and serious relevance to the 60’s, 70’s, up to now.... for many women.

Entertaining read
Format: Kindle
I wanted to educate myself on some of the issues that are presented in this book. If you're looking for just factual case-law and supreme court decisions this is not the book you're looking for. This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

Excellent Details
Format: Kindle
If you're like me, you've probably either never heard of these cases or heard about them in only the broadest of strokes. For remedying that, this book is excellent. Thomas provides a detailed account of how these complaints came to be, how they wended their way through the cases, and why they are important in terms of outcome and legal precedent. This is a book that I'm glad to have read and one that I would highly recommend to others.

engrossing, revealing, shocking, fascinating -- 10 gritty women who won big cases at great personal loss
Format: Kindle
Thankfully, women no longer have to pay more for retirement plans, and get lower payouts, than men. Amazing how many different, inventive the ways were in the 1960's to keep women out of jobs. Bless Title VII and the attorneys and clients who fought these battles; we stand on their shoulders. The saddest part is the update, at the end of the book showing how protections against gender discrimination in the workplace have weakened in recent years. In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.

Entertaining, personal history of landmark cases
Format: Hardcover
Amazing look behind the scenes at the people (plaintiffs and lawyers) who made equality for women at work a reality. Compelling, heartwarming, and educational - should be required reading for anyone who holds a job in 21st century America - both to learn how far we've come and to see the ways in which we need to continue the fight for equality at work.
