The Dot Line DL-0610 Medium Ball Head w/ Quick Release Plate is a medium-sized ball head that features a quick-release plate so you can switch easily from tripod mounting to handheld camera operation. The quick-release plate features a standard 1/4"-20 stud for mounting almost all DSLRs.
The head supports loads up to 3 lb, which makes it well-suited for many DSLR body/lens combinations. Turning the lower knob allows the head to tilt through 180°. This knob also enables the lower plate to rotate a full 360°. The top knob requires a half-turn to release the quick-release plate. At the bottom of the ball head is a standard 1/4"-20 female thread.
