Il Jacques Selosse Blanc de Blancs Substance è un'espressione sublime di Chardonnay biodinamico. Questo Brut inconfondibile, frutto di un affinamento di 7 anni sui lieviti e di una fermentazione iniziale di 12 mesi in barrique, rivela una profondità tutta artigianale.

Uvaggio: Chardonnay 100%.

Affinamento: 7 anni sui lieviti.

Note degustative: Dorato brillante con perlage fine e persistente. Profuma di agrumi canditi, mela cotogna, nocciola tostata e miele d'acacia, arricchiti da note minerali e leggermente speziate. Al palato, è vibrante e cremoso, con una freschezza sorprendente che bilancia la ricchezza aromatica. Finale sapido.

Abbinamenti: Con ostriche fresche, caviale, pesce nobile al forno o crostacei. Sublime anche con formaggi di media stagionatura.

Avize, tra i 6 comuni classificati Grand Cru della Côte des Blancs, è una piccola località ai piedi della Montagne de Reims ed è qui che, nel 1949, Jacques Selosse inizia a produrre Champagne, sin da subito all’insegna della qualità. La svolta però arrivò tra la fine degli anni ’70 e l’inizio degli anni ’80, quando le redini passarono nelle mani di Anselme, figlio di Jacques che iniziò un percorso verso la biodinamica, estendendolo lungo tutti i vigneti di proprietà, 7 ettari totali,

My parents' dog had the shark version of this toy already, and I looked to see if there were any other versions of the same toy. I found this crocodile. This thing is hysterical when he plays with it. I think each squeaker makes a slightly different sound, so you can hear him switch from 1 part to another. This is not for you if you like quiet. It is very loud but our dog doesn't like toys that don't squeak. The shark has held up for along time, and the crocodile is doing well so far. He's pretty rough on his toys, but he hasn't torn these or broken the squeakers. The fabric is soft, and it's well sewn. There's no stuffing in the body or limbs, so small holes don't really matter. It's big enough for larger dogs (ours is 45lb). The price was very good for a large toy that's high quality.
