Rottefella Xplore Backcountry Off-Track is a new binding system that gives you an even better backcountry experience in all kinds of terrain. The rotation point of the binding is moved backwards, as close to the foot as possible. This provides better mobility and increased stability when downhill skiing. The connection interface between the shoe and binding is wider which maximises stability. The SpringPin technology makes it easy to step in and out of the binding, and the pin's position on the side of the boot removes the risk of snow packing. The 36 mm heel lifter provides a more comfortable ascent in steep terrain. The binding is compatible with boots that have Xplore-system integrated in the sole.
All models of our XT-line can be mounted with the Xplore Off-Track. Especially the XT77 and XT84 are recommended with this binding.
