Seaview SPOD Sail Pod Box

Max Usable Face: 16.938" x 12.25"

Max Cut Out Area: 16" x 11.25"

The Seaview Sail Pod, also known as SPOD is a instrument pod for sailboats and catamarans. Expanding on Seaviews modular mount concept, Seaview has developed a sailboat pod design with a similar concept. There are five different box sizes to fit almost any chart plotter or instrument on the market. Made from UV resistant white ABS plastic and sealed with a rubber gasket. Seaview has designed the SPOD so that the back of each box has a continuous radius that matches up with the stainless steel pod clamps. The result is precise viewing angle during installation for the customer. The pod fits the majority of steering pedestals from Jefa, Whitlock and Edson, and can be custom tailored for other systems.

Achieve the Perfect View

The SPOD has a wide mounting angle, allowing for precise viewing. Angle is set during installation.

Stainless Steel Clamps

Two high polished stainless steel clamps are used to secure your SPOD onto 1", 1.125" and 1.25" (25mm to 32mm) rails. the SPOD fits standard 9.5", 12" and non standard guard rails.

Security screws are used to hold the SPOD together. A water tight gasket is used to prevent water from entering inside the pod, while a GORE-TEX ventilation vent lets hot air to escape without letting water in.

Optional Accessory Pod

One of the unique abilities with this SPOD is the ability to add optional side pods (part #SP1BOX). Currently no other sailboat pod on the market has this feature. Depending on the pod box size you choose you are able to mount either one to four of these accessory pods. This gives the user lots of flexible solutions to optimize their setup. The SP1BOX is made of UV resistant white ABS plastic and held together with tamper resistant screws and sealed with a rubber gasket.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.
