This hotel has a strong wire mesh to protect against birds and a weather resistant coating. This makes it tough enough to stay in your garden all year round!
Where should I put my insect hotel?
The best location for an insect hotel is in a spot that has access to lots of sun but is also protected from the weather. This ensures that the insects inside stay warm but are protected against the wind and rain. A good location will also help prevent damage to the materials inside.
There should also be an abundance of wild-flowers, trees and fauna surrounding the hotel, to ensure the insects have sufficient food.
