Designed over the course of a year with multiple prototype revisions, the CSF Charge Cooler Set offers a true plug-and-play installation requiring zero modifications. Each unit fits precisely in the extremely tight F9X engine bay, utilizing every millimeter of available space for optimal airflow and cooling surface area.

Upgraded Construction for Superior Reliability

The OEM’s weak crimped-on plastic end tanks are fully replaced by CSF’s 100% TIG-welded, CFD-engineered cast aluminum end tanks. Unlike factory glued-on plastic charge pipes, CSF integrates one-piece seamless air inlet end tanks with built-in charge pipes for a stronger, more efficient design.

Each cooler includes dual 1/8” NPT methanol/E85 injection ports, strategically positioned directly in the post-intercooled airflow for maximum charge-air atomization and performance gains.

Track-Tested on the World’s Fastest F90 M5 Builds

Before hitting the market, CSF validated this system on two of the world’s fastest F90 M5 sedans. One Stage 3 test vehicle—producing ~900+ WHP / 1,000+ HP—showed a dramatic improvement in consistency and intake air temperature control, and reduced its 60–130 mph acceleration time by approximately 0.30 seconds after installing the CSF coolers.
