Installation Guide

  1. Disconnect the fuel line from the old carburetor and ensure no fuel is leaking. Have a clean rag ready to catch any residual fuel.
  2. Remove the air intake cover and air filter to access the carburetor mounting bolts.
  3. Disconnect the throttle and choke cables by loosening the cable clamps or retaining clips.
  4. Unbolt the old carburetor from the intake manifold using the appropriate socket or wrench. Keep all fasteners for reuse.
  5. Carefully remove the old carburetor and inspect the intake gasket for damage or wear.
  6. If the gasket is worn, replace it with a new one to ensure a proper seal.
  7. Position the new carburetor onto the intake manifold, aligning the mounting holes with the gasket.
  8. Hand-tighten the mounting bolts first, then torque them evenly in a cross pattern to manufacturer specifications.
  9. Reconnect the throttle and choke cables, adjusting tension as needed for smooth operation.
  10. Attach the fuel line securely to the carburetor inlet and check that all connections are tight.
  11. Reinstall the air filter and intake cover, ensuring all clamps and fasteners are secure.
  12. Prime the fuel system, start the engine, and check for leaks or irregular idle. Adjust the idle speed and mixture screws as necessary.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

How do I confirm this carburetor fits my engine?
Verify your engine's model number and year using the Compatible Engine Models table above. Cross-reference your original carburetor part number with the Part Number Cross-Reference table to ensure compatibility.

What should I do if my engine idles rough or stalls after installation?
Check that all fuel and air connections are secure and free of leaks. Adjust the idle speed screw and mixture screw according to your engine's service manual, and ensure the air filter is clean.

How often should I replace the carburetor?
Carburetors typically do not require regular replacement unless they become damaged, clogged beyond cleaning, or fail to maintain proper fuel delivery. Regular cleaning and maintenance can extend carburetor life significantly.

Can I use this carburetor on a 2-stroke engine?
No, this carburetor is designed specifically for 4-stroke outboard engines. Using it on a 2-stroke engine will result in improper fuel delivery and potential engine damage.

What are the signs that my carburetor needs replacement?
Common symptoms include difficulty starting, rough or erratic idle, poor acceleration, excessive fuel consumption, black smoke from the exhaust, or fuel leaks around the carburetor body.

Is this an OEM part or an aftermarket replacement?
This listing is an aftermarket replacement part (not an OEM component). We build to OEM specifications using comparable-grade materials. Production is done in an ISO9002-certified facility, and each batch is inspected for consistent performance.

How fast do you ship and how much does it cost?
We offer fast global shipping—typically 5–15 days worldwide—and standard shipping is free. Expedited options are available at checkout depending on your location.

This product includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. If something goes wrong, contact our support team with your order details. Returns are accepted within our standard return window (unused & in original condition); please see our policy page or reach out for instructions.

Great Product!
Size: 3tiers-Shelves, Size: 3tiers-Shelves
This shelf system is an awesome option if you're looking for an industrial/rustic vibe. It's feels super well made and was easy to assemble. The finish on the wood is fantastic! All the hardware for mounting was there and even if you have minimal experience mounting brackets and hardware to the wall - this was still very easy. I especially appreciated the "U" brackets to secure the wood shelves to the posts - that was an unexpected extra that I was very happy to see included. Unfortunately because of space and the way my wife wanted these spaced, we didn't use the third shelf, but we're definitely going to find some place else in the house to mount that later. Overall, if you like this decor - I would definitely recommend this item!

This book will crush infertile couples
Format: Paperback
I don't know how this book has a 5-star review rating. It's poorly researched and lacks any depth on the very subject it's supposed to be dealing with. The first section on Birth-Control just goes on and on about how Children are a Blessing and a Reward from God. And it says in one of the footnotes that the only reason couples shouldn't have kids is if the wife has a medical condition that would make pregnancy life-threatening or they are too old when they got married. Infertility isn't even mentioned. In the section on Infertility, there is NO research on how common it is, what causes it, etc. It's just Infertility is hard on women, and men will never quite understand why. And then on ARTs, they are treated as a guarantee that a couple will have kids if they do the treatment. The one and only stat he cites in this section is on IVF and he clearly read the information wrong. He didn't look to see what the difference is between cycles and transfers and said that IVF has over a 50% success rate in women under 34. That number is way too high and will only cause false hope, and misunderstandings about childless couples. And some of his research was from 2007, making it out of date in this cutting-edge technology.
