With this license, you are authorized to sell products printed with Bubbly HQ STL files. STL files must be purchased separately. 1 license covers all STL files purchased from Bubbly HQ. A maker license is for the maker who sells these as part of their bath bomb sales. It is good for up to 25 units per month. A Commercial License

This is a Commercial license to sell products printed with STL files purchased from Bubbly HQ. With this license, you are authorized to sell products printed with Bubbly HQ STL files.

STL files must be purchased separately.

1 license covers all STL files purchased from Bubbly HQ.

A maker license is for the maker who sells these as part of their bath bomb sales.  It is good for up to 25 units per month. 

A Commercial License is for the person who is selling more than 25 items per month, up to a total of 1,000 units total. 

This membership grants you a commercial license to download our digital STL files for 3d printing and selling prints. These are NOT physical items. Once your order is paid for, you will have access to the files.

License renews monthly until cancelled. If your license is cancelled, you are no longer authorized to market or sell products printed with Bubbly HQ STL files. You can continue to print products for personal use (in your business) and sell the products made from the printed products. For example, you can print a rainbow bath bomb mold, make rainbow shaped bath bombs with the mold, and sell the rainbow shaped bath bombs, but you cannot sell or destash the rainbow bath bomb mold.

Because of the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds on this purchase. You may however cancel the membership at any time.

To protect small businesses, this license is for small businesses only and not for mass production, wholesale or large retail. This license allows you to 3D print and sell up to 1,000 prints of each of our released models per month. If you expect to print more than that, you will need to contact us for a larger volume license.

This license does not grant any copyrights. You shall not share, sub-license, sell, rent, host, transfer, or distribute in any way the digital files, nor any other derivative work of these files in its digital format. The digital files may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration for the files themselves.

This license does not grant use of Bubby HQ photos, images or marketing materials. Unauthorized use of these items may result in a takedown notice and any further legal action required.

No warranty is offered or understood to have been offered by Bubbly HQ of these files, and the risk of any losses or damage from the use of these files remains with the user. Bubbly HQ cannot be responsible for any problems that may arise by misuse of the files or by printing issues that occur while 3d printing them.
