The palate is extensive and richly textured, with tropical notes, fresh citrus and bell pepper underpinned by a mineral core. The concentration is superb, with layers of flavour unfolding to a lengthy finish. Pale straw with green highlights. Created to be enjoyed now. This wine can be cellared for up to 3 years to develop further complexity.

Food Pairing: Perfect with Marlborough seafood - Cloudy Bay clams, Havelock Green Lip mussels or Cold smoked salmon. Also diving with fresh herb dishes - corn-fed chicken with salsa verde, or lamb rack with a mint and macadamia crust.
