Big fish beware because the Daiwa Lexa HD is here and it's here to do some damage. Big, bold and a sight to behold the heavy duty of the Lexa is the biggest, baddest and toughest low profile offshore reel that Daiwa has to offer, with its new aluminium open access frame and invincible internals built to take down any fish.

Don't let its impressive size and build fool you though because it fits ergonomically and comfortably in the hand with the ease befitting a baitcaster. The rock solid aluminium frame and side plates are highly corrosion resistant and provide an impenetrable housing for Lexa HD's bulletproof gearing system. The all-metal frame supports Daiwa's biggest and toughest gears ever.

Designed and engineered to perfection they mesh seamlessly for unrivaled gear precision and power, while a huge swept handle improves reel balance and performance by bringing the balance point of the reel closer to the center axis of the reel for maximum cranking power and feel.

The Lexa's large single EVA knob, counterbalanced, power handle allows you to take full control, with cranking balance and power completely in your hands. The impressive cranking power is matched by Daiwa's legendary UTD- Ultimate Tournament Drag that dishes out up to a whopping 12kg of drag. Featuring a multi washer carbon drag stack the Lexa HD's UTD will put the power in your hands to stop just about anything that swims.

A heavy drag calls for heavy line and lots of it and the large capacity aluminium spool is as deep and as wide as they come, giving you all the room you need to load up this powerhouse with plenty of your favourite line.

Casting control is right at your fingertips, with Daiwa's Magforce magnetic cast control system delivering unrivaled cast control regardless of the conditions or an angler's casting experience and abilities. Backlashes are a thing of the past with the open access spool design allowing full thumb access to the spool during the cast while the Magforce casting control system delivers trouble-free pinpoint casts every time. Magforce combines the best aspects of modern magnetic, and centrifugal breaking for unmatched casting performance, making the Lexa HD a dream to cast.

Infinite Anti-Reverse and Dual Stopper technologies combine, delivering the Lexa a level of cranking control and precision akin to more expensive reels and work effortlessly together to eliminate rearward handle back play for increased reel sensitivity, hook setting power and line control. Seven ball bearings, including 6 CRBB, further enhance the reel's silky smooth ways, making it one of the most refined, yet rugged, large low profile jigging reels available

A perfect marriage of refinement and brawn the Lexa HD is the ultimate heavy-duty low profile jigging reel. If battling hard pulling reef species like kingfish, snapper and mulloway are on your hit list then the Lexa HD is the weapon you need to get the job done.

4.5 ⭐ I loved it!
Format: Kindle
Excellent story line. I have loved all in this book whisch was very smart. My favorite gentleman here is Aodhan since the begining I fell for him. The sex chemistry here was amazing! The only thing I did not like was: they talk about class in the university but we never had a scene in that scenario the rest very good.

Fun, Smutty, and Just A Little Bloody
Format: Kindle
Thoughts: 💡 This book was exactly what I expected it to be, and I rather liked that. It was twisted and the characters are tormented, more towards the dark end of morally gray. The story eased into the spice, but I would still say that half of the story was smut and some of it was kinky. 😈 I read the series Boys of Briar Hall, so there were some secrets that I already knew and others that I could guess. My enjoyment came from reading about how the characters dealt with their secrets. Coming into the series I knew that Becca would have an attitude and flaws and I really liked that Lawson stayed true to them. Becca’s development felt like it was earned. This wasn’t a dark novel where a billionaire sweeps in and all the FMCs worldly woes float away. She honestly had to learn to work and balance real issues and build some inner strength. I don’t know yet if these characters will have the same sort of immortality that was prevalent in Boys of Briar Hall, so far they don’t and I’m hoping it stays that way. Overall I can’t complain about the mechanics or grammar in the book. There were a few awkwardly stated phrases but I think it’s because they’re colloquially phrases so I let those slide. We do get three other POVs in the story and I think that both Kaleb and Hardin were well developed. The final POV was a bit of a surprise and I still don’t know what Lawson intends for the character so I’m excited to see what happens in her next book. Fun Bits: ⚜️ Riches to Rags ⚜️ Dark Secretes ⚜️ Kinky Smut ⚜️ Great Character Development Spice Scale: 4 🌶️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️/5 Character Dev: 5 💙💙💙💙💙/5 Contemporary Romance: Gang, Enemies to lovers, Dark, RH 📘 POV: Multi 👩‍❤️‍👨 CW: Violence, Abuse, DubCon ⚠️

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.
