- This type of mask is sometimes presented as "Kela", as "Kela - Yela" or as "Mongo - Kela" (as the superb mask of the collection Reynold C. Kerr).
- As Daniel Biebuyck said in "African Arts" in 1976, this forest area of Eastern Congo is very complex to analyze culturally, with many Ethnic Groups cohabiting and interacting in one way or another. The Kela are located near the Tshuapa River, in the area of Ikela, in the South from the Mbole People, with whom the Kela are geographically and culturally closely related.
- As for the Kela that some describe as a sub-tribe of Bambole, speaking a Bantu language called "Kela Yela", a whorship the Origin of the Kela People as Descendants of the Great Ancestor Mongo (memory "The Tetela peoples with Efomy") and of course the famous statuette of Willy Mestach (described as "extremely rare statuette from the Kela, a Mongo group")

Perfect for me!!

This was always my most favorite Magnesium supplement until Smarter Nutrition replaced it with another formula. Marine Derived Magnesium helped me fall asleep and more importantly, by shutting off my thoughts so that if I did wake for any reason, I was able to drift back to sleep quickly!!

This product is great. I appreciated the avocado oil included and that it's naturally sourced. It helps support sleep, bones, and muscles, which I need. The only thing is, I wish it absorbed faster. Still, overall, a good supplement for daily use.

I really like the features of the magnesium supplement. The fact that it's non-GMO and naturally sourced makes me feel better about taking it daily. I noticed improved sleep and muscle recovery after workouts. Including avocado oil and trace minerals is a nice touch. Overall, a good product for supporting bone, sleep, and muscle health.

Didn't help for sleep

First of all, I want to mention that I do think this is a quality product. Sea-based magnesium has had a good effect on me before and with the combination of AstraGin and avocado oil, this is a solid list of ingredients. AstraGin is a patented proven combo of notoginseng and Astragalus that helps with absorption in small doses. This was my first time trying AstraGin and I was unsure about using it for nighttime use due to the notoginseng, which is stimulating. But I have seen this in some other sleep formulas and they claim it's only meant for absorption and shouldn't stimulate. The first time I tried it at night with some of my usual supplements, I fell asleep easily but all of a sudden woke up 2 hours later and couldn't go back to sleep for 1.5 hrs. I only drifted back to sleeping bc I was so awake and had to resort to THC gummies. I took a couple days off and tried it again and it was the same bad sleep. Your experience might be different from mine because I am very sensitive to a lot of supplements and I think the AstraGin just doesn't agree with my system but I wanted to let other sensitive people know so they can be cautious.
