Included in this blend are two strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL-60 & CUL-21), Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (CUL-34) and Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL-20) to promote colonization in both the small and large intestines.1 These proprietary strains were selected based on their high quality, viability, strong epithelial adherence and naturally high tolerance to stomach acid.2 They have also been evaluated for their effectiveness in clinical trials and are some of the most studied probiotic cultures in the world.3-8 In a double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving 138 adults, supplementation with the probiotic combination contained in HMF® Forte was found to reduce the incidence of C. difficile-associated diarrhoea in adults taking antibiotics.7 In addition to this research-driven probiotic blend, HMF® Forte also provides fructooligosaccharides (FOS), a prebiotic fibre to support the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestines. Good but....

My son loves this book. Only issue is it came as if it was used or poorly handled. Was in large Amazon box that wasn't cushioned around. The cover was bent & torn. Glad it can be removed but took away from the presentation of it for his birthday.

Excellent face cream product
I've been using the Tosowoong Arbutin Glutathione Face Cream and have been pleasantly surprised by the results. The cream has a lightweight texture that absorbs quickly without feeling greasy. My skin feels hydrated, smoother, and looks noticeably brighter after consistent use.
I love that it contains arbutin and glutathione, ingredients known for helping improve skin tone and reducing the appearance of dark spots. After a few weeks, my complexion looked more even and radiant. It also layers well under makeup and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.

Not Sure yet
Updated review I saw a difference within 2 weeks of use. I be tried other products that were pretty good but I must say this one works faster with consistency. I had a dark line across my nose due to hyperpigmentation and it's gone, the other 2 products I used worked but I used them for a month and that mark was r fling anywhere. I'm so impressed and feel like this one is more expensive but worth every penny. Will purchase again
