The Pulsar Wildlife Orni XG35 ushers in a new era for thermal observation.  An ergonomically considered design places a focus wheel in front of the eyepiece, enabling comfortable one-handed operation. Powerful thermal optics, a built-in laser rangefinder, and a wide range of digital features and functionalities make this thermal imaging monocular perfect for a wide range of applications.

Small Footprint, Huge Performance

The Orni XG35 may be palm-sized and light as a feather, but it stands shoulder to shoulder with current high-performance entries in the Pulsar Wildlife range. A highly sensitive 640×480, 12µm, <20mK sNETD thermal sensor, combined with a powerful 35mm f1.0 objective lens, provides remarkable levels of image detail — enabling easy detection and identification at distances reaching up to 1800m.

A large 21.9 m @ 100 m (12.5°) field of view is perfect for searching and scanning, providing a clear view of your surroundings, and a 2.5-20x magnification range and 8x digital zoom allows for closer inspection and enhanced identification.

Digital Image Stabilisation

Digital image stabilisation reduces the effects of camera shake and image blur caused by shaking hands or bumpy terrain, enhancing image quality when scanning the FOV, observing objects and animals at long range, or even observing an object whilst on the move.

Built-in Laser Rangefinder

A seamlessly integrated precision laser rangefinder can be found under the objective lens, providing an incredible 1500m distance measuring range with an accuracy of ±1m, whilst taking up a fraction of the footprint found on other LRF-equipped monoculars. These distance measurements can prove crucial in the field, providing valuable distance data and allowing you to make informed decisions.

Optimised for One-handed Use

The Orni XG35’s focus wheel is located just in front of the viewfinder, allowing for one-handed focus adjustments and ushering in a new era of single-handed thermal observation. A four-button arrangement has been ergonomically considered to achieve comfortable operation, offering control over all of the most commonly used digital functions without excessive button presses.

An ambidextrous wrist strap and symmetrical design enables comfortable left- or right-handed operation, and haptic feedback will provide a short vibration when a button is pressed — confirming or alerting you to any button presses.

Dual Battery System

Equipped with Pulsar’s innovative dual-battery system, the Orni combines an internal rechargeable battery with a removeable, rechargeable APS5 battery for up to 12 hours of uninterrupted power distribution. Both batteries will display their charge percentage on-screen, allowing for accurate power monitoring. Each battery can be charged via the USB-C port.

Eight Colour Palettes

A choice of 8 colour palettes lets the user observe their field of view more effectively, allowing them to optimise the device for specific tasks, as well as allowing them to react to changing observation conditions.

  • White Hot, Black Hot and Red Hot are optimal for object detection.
  • Rainbow and Ultramarine help increase chances for recognition & identification.
  • Red Monochrome, Sepia and Violet are most suitable for long observation in the night.

Built-in Video Recording

Built-in recording with audio and still image capture ensures memorable moments are stored to the device’s generous 64GB of internal memory at the press of a button. These images can then be downloaded via a USB-C connection or through the Wild Vision app, where they can be shared with friends or to social media.

Wild Vision App

Connect the Orni to the NEW Wild Vision app from Pulsar Wildlife via an Android or iOS smartphone or tablet and discover a wide range of connectivity features, including:

  • The ability to use your mobile phone or tablet as a wireless remote to control and adjust the device’s settings, with all the changes made on your device’s screen visible in real-time. This feature also allows for remote recording of footage or capturing of still images.
  • A gallery of photos and videos captured on the device that can be browsed through and downloaded. These videos and images can also be shared easily.
  • The ability to remotely update the device’s firmware, meaning users can enjoy all the latest features and ensure the Orni XG35 is always running to the best of its ability.

If you haven't switched to boxer briefs, you're missing out :)
Size: 11 Plus, Color: Microfiber - Colors May Vary
I figured I ought to provide a review, something I'm not prone to doing even though I often/always bank my purchases on item reviews, since I just bought me a second set of these underwear because they're just that good! I bought my 1st set of these 2 months ago because I was on the hunt for some new comfortable underwear and omfort was my main criteria. Wasn't aware that I was dealing with some health issues that was causing a fair bit of internal inflammation, just knew that I had had enough of basically everything I had at the time because they were old, ratty looking and even my all-time favorites had begun feeling too... something... not exactly too tight, yet they just weren't very comfortable anymore either and I didn't need that kind of extra stress in my life. But. I'm a barely-makin-it domestic violence survivor. Sure, I'm super proud to have gotten as far as I have in this world (considering that post-separation psychological terrorism and torture continue to thus day, 5 years after I broke free) but, by rights and family-rearing, I should be living in a whole different world right now... which is my way of saying that money is extra, EXTRA tight in my house...and yet, I still have "caviar tastes", ifykwim. Lol. And, frankly, neither I nor anyone else should have to scrimp on comfortable, classy-feeling, fashionable clothing no matter how small our clothing budget may be. I was spurred to check out boxer briefs for women after reading about a few different women's favorite brands in the comments on soneones IG post (that must have been in regards to underwear, but heck if I can remember the details). So, off I went to scout around on Amazon to see what this "boxer briefs" business was about... desperately hoping that the term was not just a rebranding of those "hipsters" things. I am 46yo, 5'10" (potentially closer to 5'11"... not something I care enough about to know for certain, lol) and, clothing size-wise, my whole adult life I have consistently been a 16-18/18-20, top to bottom, with a shape that seems some what apple-ish at the moment but has, in general, always been more hourglass than apple. Also it seems as if I might have rather freakishly high hips, lol... not really, but for reference, when it comes to pants or jeans what generally passes as "tall", usually a 33"-34" inseem, fit like ankle or cigar length pants on me. But evidently I don't just have long legs, no, this momma's body seems to also have one heck of a long, tall pelvis which I did finally measure to figure out for sure but, prior to that, I could tell based on the way that low cut underwear like bikini & hipsters, and any form of low rise pants, barely make it north of my low lying c-section scar location which, for those who can't relate, is basically at the top of my hooha or just at the point where my belly and my hooha meet. And because that point on my body is not even remotely close to my "hip" area such items basically fall right off my body unless they're super stretchy and I deliberately hike them up to my hip area which I put up with in my 20s and 30s, for the sake of fashion I suppose, but which was and is quite ungodly uncomfortable, and... basically... I am so over with "uncomfortable" anything (men included, lol.) In both cases I bought size 11, though, if I'm being honest, I am certain that a 10 would have fit well, too. And who knows, a 10 might have been just as comfortable or even more comfortable than the 11... but, I didn't take bother taking the chance to find out when I ordered my second set because the first set (size 11) made me so unbelievably happy that they literally changed my views about underwear for life. This whole "pants come off after work" thing or the memes about people working from home (due to covid restrictions) and not wearing pants never jived with me prior to having these boxer briefs, but now... omg... these things are super inexpensive and somehow still suit my somewhat "caviar taste" perfectly (have a good handfeel and are just so unbelievably super comfortable), PLUS... they're opaque and they basically fit (and look) like I'm wearing a loungy pair of bike shorts, so... yeah, I've spent some time over the last 2 months actually chillin in my house in my freaking underwear!!!! Life. Changing. :D

No elastic around the thighs is kinda nice!
Size: 9, Color: Cotton Stretch - Colors May Vary
Great undies! They fit good and the fabric is comfortable. Only thing is that the legs tend to ride up/bunch up with pants on. I got them for post surgery comfort and thats what I got.

Soooo comfortable
Size: 11 Plus, Color: Microfiber - Colors May Vary
Easy on/off because they really do stretch but return to shape. Fit is close to the body but not tight. Love that there is no elastic binding around my legs. Clothes glide over them because they are super smooth. Might never buy another style again.

These were such a RELIEF during a shingles outbreak!
Size: 10 Plus, Color: Microfiber - Colors May Vary
I developed shingles on my abdomen and spent a few days commando because I was in so much pain and couldn’t stand anything against my skin but a nightgown. I had a drs appointment and was agonizing about showing up in a nightgown and bathrobe at the office. Then I I remembered my grandma used to wear boy leg high waisted undies so looked for something similar. These underpants by Fruit of the Loom were inexpensive and seemed to be similar to what I thought might work, so I ordered a four pack. They were very reasonably priced and when they arrived were of very good quality and well made. They were snugger fitting than I had hoped but were very very soft for tender areas on my abdomen. As it was, the snugness was comforting as they stay in place and act as a barrier between the sore rash areas and light clothing. I’ve never experienced the discomfort of nerve pain from wearing clothes andI’m so glad I happened on to these. I’m on the mend now but still wearing these as I’ve developed some neuralgia and these continue to keep me comfortable.
