About Eric Ellis and Formula 369

Formula 369 was created by Eric Ellis, a local Cat 1-2 road racer, mountain biker, and runner.  He has a degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition, worked for over 5 years as a nationally certified personal trainer, has 7 years of experience as a cycling coach, and has shown his ability to coach himself by winning the the Utah State 50k trail running championship in 2016, and the Utah State Road Cycling Race Championship in 2019. 

Eric has worked the last 10 years in the Nutraceutical industry in R&D and formulation, and has formulated numerous nutritional products that are sold across the globe. Formula 369 started as a drink mix Eric made for himself because he was tired of paying the high prices for drink mixes he knew he could make better, and cheaper. 

Ellis is quoted saying: "Sports drinks are over complicated. They have all these "hype" ingredients added to them to help market them and set them apart in a crowded market, but the truth is, they do nothing to increase performance.  All they do is increase the price of the product."

How To Use

This product is intended to be used with our uncaffeinated mix. For example, mix 1 caffeinated scoop plus 2 uncaffeinated scoops per bottle, which is an ideal mix for each hour of intense exercise. Do not exceed
3-6mg of caffeine per kg of body weight per day.

Mixing Recommendation

-1 Scoop 45-60 minutes before the start of activity

-2-3 scoops in first hour of activity <2 hours

-1 scoop per hour of activity >2 hours
