Joy Day 2.0 probiotic should be stored in a dark, dry place. Unopened, it can be stored at room temperature, but once opened, it's best to refrigerate. The optimal shelf life after opening should not exceed 30 days. Remember to tightly close the bottle after each use. Sediment, a "white fungus" coating, and increased acidity may appear at the bottom of the bottle over time, but this is a natural result of fermentation.
