PART DESIGN

• The ECS Tuning Carbon Fiber Front Lip Spoiler is made of authentic, hand laid carbon fiber material with pre-impregnated carbon fiber cloth and epoxy resin and finished in a beautiful gloss clear coat for UV-protection and extra durability

• Mimics the lower section of the bumper & grille lines to accentuate OEM features

• Designed in-house using state of the art 3D laser scanning and CAD technology for precision fitment

• Includes pre-applied high strength adhesive tape

• Mounts to existing lower valance mounting locations using heavy duty carbon fiber mounting brackets with supplied hardware

  • An optional well nut insert and machine screw secures the front center of the bumper. Requires drilling into the bumper cover for use. 

• Includes OE-Grade T25 torx self tapping screws for durable installation

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• Our ECS Carbon Fiber Front Lip Spoiler was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing, including numerous high-speed runs! 

INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT

• Pre-appplied high strength tape along with the included mounting hardware makes for an easy, non-permanent installation that provides a confident, secure fitment. Reference our Installation Guide for proper prep. and installation procedures.

• The optional well-nut and bolt require drilling into the center of the bumper. Simply position the front lip to the center of the bumper, mark, drill and install the well-nut for a secure fitment.
