MAXIM INTEGRATED PRODUCTS MAX8902BATA+T LDO Voltage Regulator, Adjustable, 1.7V to 5.5V input, 150 mV drop., 0.6-5.3V/0.5A out, TDFN-8The MAX8902BATA+T is a low noise, high PSRR, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator in 8 pin TDFN package. It delivers up to 500mA of output current with only 16VRMS of output noise in 100KHz bandwidth. This regulator maintains its output voltage over a wide input range which requires only 100mV of input to output dropout at full load. The MAX8902B maintains low 80A typical supply current which is independent of load current and dropout voltage. The

- Power supply rejection ratio of 62dB at f=100KHz, 85dB at f=10KHz and 92dB at f=5KHz (IOUT=10mA)
- Load regulation of 0.02% and line regulation of 0.0%
- ±1.5% output accuracy over load, line and temperature
- 150mV dropout at 500mA load (VIN = 1.7V)
- Less than 1µA shutdown supply current
- 700mA short circuit protection
