Focal Omada N°1: High-End Bookshelf Sound Without the Floorstanding Footprint

The Focal Omada N°1 bookshelf speakers bring Focal’s signature clarity, precision and dynamic sound to a compact loudspeaker designed for serious music listening. Combining a French-made 6.5-inch Slatefiber midbass driver with Focal’s exclusive TAM inverted-dome tweeter, the Omada N°1 delivers a balanced presentation with articulate bass, natural vocals and finely resolved high-frequency detail.

These high-end passive bookshelf speakers are an excellent choice for a dedicated stereo system, premium desktop setup or compact home theater. Their relatively high 89.5dB sensitivity and 8-ohm nominal impedance also allow them to work with a wide range of integrated amplifiers and receivers.

French-Made Slatefiber Driver

At the center of the Omada N°1 is a 6.5-inch Slatefiber midrange and bass driver. Developed and manufactured by Focal in France, the cone combines recycled carbon fibers with a thermoplastic polymer to achieve high rigidity without excessive weight.

This construction allows the driver to respond quickly while maintaining control, helping the Omada N°1 reproduce voices and instruments with convincing texture and neutrality. Its front-firing bass-reflex port supports powerful, well-defined low frequencies while minimizing unwanted port noise and distortion.

Exclusive M-Shaped TAM Tweeter

High frequencies are reproduced by Focal’s 1-inch Aluminum-Magnesium TAM tweeter. Its distinctive M-shaped inverted dome increases rigidity and improves control, allowing the speaker to reveal subtle musical details without producing an overly aggressive or fatiguing presentation.

A carefully shaped urethane waveguide improves horizontal dispersion and helps create a broader, more stable soundstage. Vocals remain firmly positioned between the speakers, while instruments and ambient information extend naturally across the listening space.

Compact Speakers with Room-Filling Performance

Although compact enough for a bookshelf, console or dedicated speaker stand, the Focal Omada N°1 is designed to perform in listening rooms as large as approximately 322 square feet. Its rigid MDF enclosure controls cabinet resonance, helping the drivers produce a cleaner and more neutral sound.

For optimal imaging, the optional Omada N°1 stands position the speakers at the proper listening height and introduce a slight tilt for Focal’s Time Alignment design. The result is a more coherent presentation in which the output from the tweeter and midbass driver reaches the listener in better alignment.

Designed for Music and Home Theater

The Omada N°1 can serve as the foundation of a high-quality two-channel music system or as part of a complete Focal Omada home theater. Its precise imaging and clear dialogue reproduction make it equally capable with albums, television, movies and games.

Listeners looking for audiophile bookshelf speakers that preserve detail without sacrificing musical weight will find the Omada N°1 especially appealing. Pair them with a capable integrated amplifier for a refined stereo system, or add a subwoofer when deeper low-frequency extension is desired for movies and bass-heavy music.

I loved it so much!!!
Format: Kindle
I've had this one on my TBR lis forever and been meaning to get to it. Considering I picked up the ebook last year not long after it came out. I can't believe I let this one sit on my kindle for as long as I did. I ended up starting and finishing in just one afternoon absolutely hooked on Avery and Knox. They has this connection that just works even if they are to stubborn to see what's happening. I loved the whole bad buy meets the good girl in this sweet steamy enemies to lovers romance. The author does a beautiful job creating a captivating story with characters you can't help falling in love with. This is my first book by the author and I'm a fan as I enjoyed every moment of Avery and Knox's story. I loved that we get to know a little bit of Knox's brothers as the series is about them and can't wait to devour there stories too. Highly recommend the characters are engaging and the story is perfectly balanced with just the right amount of romance. This one made me want to look up the riding that Knox did off season and it's impressive. I loved it!!! One of my favorite books of 2025.

Good Sports Romance
Format: Kindle
Knox is a motor cross racer and Avery is a gymnast. Seems like opposites, right? But there is much more common ground. This couple is fantastic together and love the friends and family vibes. Can’t wait to read the rest of the books in the Holland Brothers series and go back to read Hendrick and Jane’s story.

Holland Brothers Series !!!
Format: Kindle
5/5 ⭐️ 2/5 🌶️ A Holland Brothers Series was exactly what i was hoping for since i read Tempting the Player. Rebecca gave us all exactly what we wanted a Holland brother series and kicked it off with Knox. Knox is the broody, grumpy, closed off, and the 2nd oldest brother who stepped up and held down the fort taking care of the younger brothers after their mom passed and dad stopped coming around but gave up his dreams/ wants in order to do so. With Hendrix, the oldest brother from TTP, back home Knox can go live out his dream as a pro motocross rider. After something goes down between him and his teammate, he’s left without a team and ends up back home and ends up asking the help of a friend of a friend to train him who is Avery. Avery is a college gymnast with two Olympic medals and last season she choked and injured herself before she was able to compete. She’s doesn’t want a distraction but agrees to train Knox which should be easy but it turns out to be anything but that. The banter and argue and then everything changing when his shirt comes off and she spends a little too much time admiring his body in a handstand. These two balanced each other out so well it’s hard to deny even to them. Overall i loved the plot and the character development between these two, the spice, the banter, the nicknames it was all just …..chefs kiss 💋. I cant wait to see which Holland brother Rebecca has in store for us next! 🏍️ Sports Romance 👑 Opposites Attract 🏍️Enemies to Lovers 👑 Train Together 🏍️ Banter 👑 Motorcross x Gymnast 🏍️ Bad Boy x Good Girl

An enjoyable new series with promise
Format: Mass Market Paperback
This is the first in a series. I have already ordered the next one so I like it. The main character Charlie Harris is a widowed library archivist. He lives in his late aunt's house and takes in borders and he owns a Maine coon large cat named Diesel. This is already a somewhat unusual cozy mystery because the main character and devoted cat owner is male. Charlie is a very personable character. He loved his wife (she died of cancer) and his late Aunt. He has 2 grown-up children that he cares about and he likes his job. He gets involved in a murder because his boarder, a young college, student is involved. His archival skills come in handy in providing clues to the murder. The deputy in charge of the investigation is the daughter of his long-time housekeeper. I didn't peek ahead to see who-did-it and I enjoyed the story til the end.. I don't think it's the type of mystery where all the clues are available and the reader tries to figure it out. The reader gets the clues as Charlie . gets them and finds out who the murderer is when Charlie finds out. Yet, the characters are engaging, the setting is interesting and it is a fast and enjoyable read. The plot is credible I like it.
