This base board mounted cutter boasts a maximum cut length of 40" (1.0 m) and features a hinging guide rail with production stops, as well as a parallel mat guide in aluminum channels. The cutter has a 27" (68.6 cm) squaring arm with stop. Both straight and bevel cutting heads are included. The cutter also comes with the updated #245 Complete Guide to Home Picture Framing book. The Simplex Classic uses Logan blade #270.
