The Medicine Springs Sport Formula was produced from hot springs in Yellowstone down through Central and South America. Historically, these springs were called “Warrior Pools” and were frequented by ancient Indigenous warriors to speed up recovery, relieve sore muscles, and promote healing.

It came out a little thicker but slid off of my hand. I’m not sure if this is old stock that separated or if the formula just changed from the last time I bought it, but something is different. It also has a different scent than I recall, as well. It’s not unpleasant, just lightly lemon-y, but it is different from what I remember. The consistency and the scent are both different but it doesn’t seem to affect the efficacy.
