Coconut oil can be used as a pre-shampoo treatment to prevent hygral fatigue when washing hair. Coconut oil for skin has great benefits. Coconut is an excellent moisturizer. Coconut oil helps protect skin from harmful bacteria and organisms, helps fight acne and fungal infections like athletes foot. Coconut oil helps reduce inflammation of the skin and helps relieve skin conditions like eczema.

How To Use

For Skin:

Apply an ample amount directly onto palm and massage onto the skin. Try and spread throughout the skin because a small amount of pure coconut oil spreads a long way.

Deeply massage in and repeat daily as desired to achieve radiant, soft, smooth skin.

Apply all over legs, body and face for a complete radiant moisturized skin.

For Use As A Treatment:

 Gather some of the coconut oil onto your hands and massage scalp and hair for a few minutes. Coat hair thoroughly from ends to scalp not missing a single spot.

Put on a shower cap to cover hair or wrap up with a towel. For extremely dry, damaged hair, leave on as an intensive hair treatment overnight. For dry hair, leave on for 30 to 45 minutes. For normal hair, leave on for 20 minutes.

 After time is up, wash out hair with a gentle shampoo or with warm water. You might need to shampoo your hair out twice to get all the oil out.

Do not use a conditioner after shampooing.

Anti-Dandruff Care:

 Apply after shampooing hair.

 Gather coconut oil into your palm and massage into hair and scalp thoroughly.

 Massage for 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse out.

 Repeat twice weekly.
