Executive-produced by Lydia alongside producer Alexis Kesselman (Suki Waterhouse, Joji), the album reveals the full spectrum of her musicality while retaining the independent spirit she's embodied since age 15, navigating themes of self-discovery and the complexities of modern womanhood with a blend of subversive humor, raw vulnerability, and unapologetic self-possession, ultimately transforming the pop genre into a powerful vehicle for personal confession and catharsis.
