In the world of natural essences, lavender is the definitive oil of peace and relaxation. An aromatherapeutic, soothing fragrance, it calms and balances the nervous system and revives spirits – your bedtime bath treat, especially at times of stress or agitation. Soak in a bath which is not too hot, and go straight to bed for a peaceful night and a strengthened spirit tomorrow.

How to use: Shake before use. Pour 2-3 capfuls into the running water to disperse the Bath Milk. A water temperature of 37°C/98°F is recommended. Do not bathe longer than 20 minutes. After bathing, dry your body gently, cover with a soft towel and relax for at least half an hour in warm surroundings.
Key ingredient: Lavender Oil is an essential oil, which is derived from fresh lavender panicles. Along with other natural essential oils it is used for aromatisation.
