Foot rest

It's very sturdy. It's very comfortable. It's not too soft. It's not too hard. I like it. I flip it when I sit in my chair when I'm on my iPad I can use the lower level when I'm relaxing. I flip it over and I use the the round part of it. It's just perfect for me.. I have plantar fasciitis and it really helps the heels of my feet.

helps my swelling in my ankles and feet

The best part is its two and one. You can use the rest or turn it over and rock it with your feet which helps. The foot rest is sturdy and durable.

Just the simple act of raising my feet up onto this heavenly soft foot rest makes a huge difference in how my back, legs, and feet feel at the end of the day. Very high quality materials and workmanship. You can also remove the zippered cover from the memory foam pillow and wash it.
