HISTORY ASPECTS:
The Sd.Kfz. 234/4 "Pakwagen" was one of the final variants of the Sd.Kfz. 234 series, designed as a stopgap measure to provide German reconnaissance units with an effective anti-tank weapon. Mounted on the eight-wheeled Sd.Kfz. 234 chassis, the 234/4 was equipped with the powerful 75mm Pak 40 anti-tank gun. This modification gave it the capability to engage Allied armored vehicles at significant range, a crucial advantage in the final months of the war as Germany faced increasing pressure on all fronts.
By early 1945, the Western Front was collapsing under the weight of the Allied advance. The Sd.Kfz. 234/4 was deployed in small numbers with various Panzer and Panzergrenadier divisions, where it was used in a desperate defensive role. These vehicles were often assigned to mobile anti-tank units, tasked with ambushing Allied armor and then quickly retreating before being overwhelmed. In engagements across France, Belgium, and western Germany, the Pakwagen proved effective in delaying enemy advances, but its thin armor and open-topped design left it highly vulnerable to return fire, artillery, and air attacks.
As the war reached its final months, the Sd.Kfz. 234/4 was increasingly used in last-ditch efforts to hold key positions against overwhelming Allied forces. With fuel and supply shortages crippling the German war effort, many of these vehicles were abandoned or lost in battle. Despite its limitations, the Pakwagen left its mark as one of the more potent late-war reconnaissance vehicles, demonstrating the German Army's adaptability in the face of impending defeat.
This 1:72 scale model captures the raw power and desperation of Germany’s final armored defenses on the Western Front in 1945. With detailed camouflage, accurate markings, and precise craftsmanship, this replica is a must-have for collectors and history enthusiasts. Add this unique piece of World War II history to your collection today.

A timely introduction for classical retrieval
Format: Paperback
Bray has written a very accessible introduction to the attributes of God, with the proper distinctions between God’s essential attributes and his relational attributes. Bray does well in showing the necessity of the essential attributes as the foundation to the manifestation of God’s relational attributes to mankind, firmly anchoring them in the biblical text. I appreciate that he provided glimpses of the historical development of the attributes, interacting with some of the objections to the essential (i.e., classical) attributes and then exposing the reader to some of the best scholarship in response to the objections. The appendix ends the book with an historical survey of the attributes in the Christian tradition. Those unfamiliar with the development of classical theism will be brought up to speed, just enough to see the rich heritage of the classical attributes of God. I will be referring those new to systematic theology or are unfamiliar with the classical doctrine of God to this introductory work. It’s a great read and desperately needed due to the construals of God being promoted in modern theology.
