C3 Corvette Headlight Vacuum Actuator Relay Valve 68 thru 82:

  • Fits All C3 1968 through 1982 Corvettes.
  • Listing Includes One Headlight or Wiper Vacuum Relay Actuator.
  • Highest Reproduction Quality Offered for this Item.
  • All Metal On This Unit is Treated to Prevent Corrosion.
  • This Listing is for One Vacuum Relay, Please See Our Other Listings if you are Needing Two.

Keeping your 1968-1982 Headlamps and Wiper Door in working condition is a must. This Vacuum Relay is a main reason of failures or improper operation of your Headlight Bucket or 1968-1972 Wiper Door systems. Replace your faulty units with our high quality reproduction Headlamp & Wiper Door Vacuum Actuator Relay.

This item is no longer offered by GM and is only offered as a reproduction. As of this listing we know of two manufacturers for these valves. One is very cheaply made and the other that we carry meets or exceeds factory specifications and has been in production for over 20 years. A simple way to tell them apart is the metal air tube connection will be beveled on the higher end valve but on the lower end valve it will be just a straight unfinished cut.

The Headlight Actuator Relay installs in between the headlight assemblies and controls the vacuum circuits to extend or retract the headlight actuator to open or close the headlights. This Vacuum Relay Valve serves the same purpose to control the operation of the 1968-1972 Windshield Wiper Door.

Please see our other listings for our special price dual kit. This listing is for one C3 Headlight Relay for use on either the left or right headlight or for the windshield wiper door.

1968-1969 used just one relay for the headlights in center of nose near the hood along with one for the wipers located on right fender. 1970-1972 used 2 relays for headlights and one on firewall or fender well for the wiper door. 1973-1982 used a total of 2 relays for the headlights as the windshield wiper door was no longer an option.

Great toy my dog loves!
Color: 12 Tennis Ball
My dachshund, Winston, loves these balls because they squeak and of coarse it’s a ball. Only thing is he is destructive and the squeaker doesn’t last long but by far his favorite toy.

Balls need to squeak out of the box
Color: 12 Tennis Ball
The squeaky ball lights up the faces of my dog shelter furiends, they love to fetch and chew the ball to make it squeaky. I have been buying these balls for about a year now. They don’t last long with some of the dogs, but the joy is worth the price. Lately some of the balls do not squeak right out of the box but many of the balls are fine. Returning the box doesn’t make sense because I used some already so I thought I would comment, dropping one star so far.

Nicer than I expected
Color: 12 Tennis Ball
Much more sturdy than other "squeaky" balls of this type. I love that they have an internal or covered squeaker, so I don't have to worry about my dog chewing it and swallowing a plastic squeaker. But ... what I find as a plus, my dog sees as a minus, since one of his favorite thing is to chew a ball until it stops squeaking. They come in a plastic net bag, which is very handy for storage also.

Squeaks break immediately
Color: 12 Tennis Ball
Squeaks break almost immediately, even with very light chewing. Some are so badly made that the squeaks break after one or two squeezes. Get Kong balls instead.

Nice balls but arrived with a bad chemical smell
Color: 12 Tennis Ball
Wonderful Product!!! The balls themselves are amazing and the squeaker in them my dog loves. I am giving them only a three star because they arrived and they SMELL like chemicals so bad!!! I was afraid to give it to my dog so i washed one out and put it up hoping the chemical smell will go away. This not good for a dog as unknown chemicals can make them really sick. Whatever amazon is spraying on their stuff it's not good
