The Fit Protein provides a complete amino acid profile per serving as follows: Leucine (3.0g), Isoleucine (1.9g), Valine (1.9g), Alanine (1.5g), Arginine (0.7g), Aspartic Acid (3.4g), Cystine (0.7g), Glutamic Acid (5.4g), Glycine (0.4g), Histidine (0.5g), Lysine (2.9g), Methionine (0.6g), Phenylalanine (0.9g), Proline (1.6g), Serine (1.4g), Threonine (2.0g), Tryptophan (0.4g), Tyrosine (0.8g).

 HOW OT USE:

A must-have post-workout refuel that can be taken ideally within 45 minutes of exercise or as a nutritious addition to your diet to help meet your daily nutrient needs.

Directions: Add up to 40g (4 scoops) to 250-350ml of water or any milk and shake. Adjust amount of liquid for your desired level of sweetness and thickness. Best served cold. Can also be used to make smoothies, mixed into your porridge, cornflakes or yoghurt, or baked into healthy snacks.

Serving Sizes: We recommend up to 40g per serving depending on how you use the product. We typically find from customer feedback that a 520g pouch should last around a month on average.

Vegan Protein (31g): The building block of bones, muscles, hair, skin, and nails, this blend of plant-based pea and brown rice protein contains all the essential amino acids your body needs for repair, recovery and development. References > 1, 2.

Cocomineral (1g): Coconut water is an increasingly popular post-workout rehydration aid that is touted as being a better alternative than water. Cocomineral, which is powdered coconut water, contains high levels of potassium, a key electrolyte lost through sweating when exercising, to help combat tiredness and rebalance energy levels. References > 3, 4. 

Maca (1g): Reduces effects of physical and mental stress, and increases energy and libido. Grown for more than 2,000 years in the highest mountains of Peru, maca has recently found widespread popularity as an adaptogen. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (150mg): Rock salt from the Punjab region of India. Contains the same 84 trace minerals and elements found in the human body including calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Because of its unique cellular structure, the minerals it contains exist in colloidal form, which means that they are small enough for our cells to easily absorb. References > 11.
