Maranello’s new two-seater berlinetta powered by a mid-front-mounted, naturally-aspirated V12, the Ferrari 12Cilindri is the perfect embodiment of the Prancing Horse DNA, offering incomparable performance and handling with sophisticated, sculptural design. Aimed at connoisseurs of the iconic V12 engine, the 830-cv Ferrari 12Cilindri is inspired by the Ferrari Gran Turismo cars of the 1950s and ‘60s, and delivers race-bred driving thrills combined with versatility. The 12Cilindri is the natural evolution of the company’s uncompromising powertrain philosophy, which has been thrilling Prancing Horse enthusiasts since the very first Ferrari engine to roar its way through the factory gates in Maranello in 1947. An effortless combination of elegance, versatility and performance, the 12Cilindri continues that unique legacy, elevating it towards new standards in performance, comfort, and design.

Design

With the Ferrari 12Cilindri, Flavio Manzoni and the design team at Ferrari Centro Stile set out to radically transform the stylistic codes of Ferrari’s previous mid-front-engined V12s. Clean lines dominate the car’s geometry, underscoring the volumes that make up a seamlessly interconnected whole. The ultra-clean flanks sweep back along the entire car from a dihedral section. Although retaining a signature Ferrari sensuality, the wings have been sculpted with extreme geometric precision: all the lines are the result of intersections between the volumes and a more functional approach to form has been taken that echoes nostalgia. The muscular rear wing is imposing, yet also perfectly controlled geometrically. On the front wing, that muscular tension extends slightly, coming to rest along the flank and further accentuating the car’s monolithic aesthetic. The 12Cilindri’s silhouette exudes sportiness and class: simple yet harmonious lines feature an integrated active aerodynamic device to guarantee peerless performance, a front-hinged bonnet that exalts the view of the engine bay, and the two twin tailpipes that have become a signature of Ferrari’s 12-cylinder cars.

Engine

The Ferrari 12Cilindri’s F140HD engine is the latest development of the iconic V12 that laid the foundations for the Maranello legend, in this version unleashing 830 cv and with maximum revs rising to a heady 9500 rpm, and is partnered with the eight-speed Dual Clutch Transmission that received such an unanimously rapturous welcome on other cars in the range. The engine features modified components and software, some of which were already adopted on the special series 812 Competizione, ensuring it tops its category in terms of performance. To allow the V12 to rev so high, the engineers worked to reduce the weight and inertia of the engine’s components, including adopting titanium con rods, lighter aluminium alloy pistons, and the introduction of a rebalanced crankshaft. Most of the modifications focused on optimising torque delivery in all operating conditions. The result is an engine with exhilaratingly smooth, seamless response, that delivers peak power at the red line. An innovative software strategy was developed, providing a truly unique sense of driving exhilaration through a crescendo of never-ending acceleration and power and the very purest notes of the signature Ferrari sound, all the way to the limiter.

Chassis & Dynamics

The Ferrari 12Cilindri is designed for connoisseurs with a very clear vision of what Ferrari’s DNA has always been, truly making it a car for the few. Ferrari’s engineers sought to produce a sober, elegant car without compromising on performance. Boasting the very state of the art in front-engined berlinetta dynamic controls, including elements honed from other cars in range like the 296 GTB, the 12Cilindri features the four-wheel independent steering (4WS) that debuted on the special series 812 Competizione, whilst the rear-wheel steering has innovative mechanical characteristics that significantly improve precision of control of the position of each single actuator, giving faster axle response time and consequently improved responsiveness through corners. Optimum handling is also ensured thanks to a near-ideal weight distribution, and the car’s responsiveness also benefits from the 20-mm reduction in the wheelbase compared to the 812 Superfast. The Ferrari 12Cilindri’s all-aluminium chassis is completely new: specific attention was focused on the geometry of cast components such as the shock towers and A and C pillars, to improve torsional rigidity whilst simultaneously reducing weight. In the Low Drag position, many elements are devised to be flush with the bodywork, optimising the car’s aerodynamics whilst providing a clean design, whilst in high downforce configuration, the 12Cilindri generates maximum downforce and guarantees that the car is aerodynamically balanced. The heat dissipation requirements of the engine and ancillaries demanded a redesign of the car’s entire cooling system which resulted in front underbody evacuation being optimised, with no fewer than seven openings in the front bumper.

Interior

The Ferrari 12Cilindri’s cockpit guarantees superb comfort for both driver and passenger, even on long journeys: its feeling of airiness and space is heightened still further by a glass roof, prestigious materials and a central display in addition to one for the driver and a third ahead of the passenger. The interior style takes its inspiration from the Prancing Horse’s dual-cockpit architecture, used in recent years for the Ferrari Roma, Roma Spider and Purosangue. The 12Cilindri’s cabin has an almost-symmetrical structure comprising two modules for driver and passenger and offering an astonishing standard of comfort and involvement in the driving experience.

This fine 1:8 scale model of the Ferrari 12Cilindri, finished in Rosso Imola with a Blu Sterling interior, has been handcrafted and finished in our workshops using confidential CAD data supplied by the team at Ferrari Centro Stile allowing us to perfectly recreate every detail at scale. It has been handcrafted and finished in our workshops with the co-operation and assistance of Ferrari regarding original finishes, materials, archive imagery and drawings. Furthermore, it has undergone detailed scrutiny by both engineering and design teams to ensure complete accuracy of representation.

The Ferrari 12Cilindri is limited to just 199 pieces.

Well-Designed and Effective
This tongue scraper is high quality and feels well-made. The stainless steel construction is solid and doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. It has good weight to it and seems built to last with regular use. It's easy to use right from the first time. The process is straightforward - you just hold the handles and gently scrape your tongue from back to front. No complicated technique needed, and it does what it's supposed to do effectively. The two handles are really well designed, which makes it easy to control. Having a handle on each side gives you a comfortable grip and better leverage than single-handle scrapers. The dual-handle design lets you apply even pressure and maneuver it smoothly without awkward angles or slipping. This works for both adults and kids with no issues. My teenager uses it without problems, and the ergonomic design fits different hand sizes comfortably. It's versatile enough for the whole family. One thing I'm uncertain about is the rust-resistance longevity. It says it's rust-proof, but only time will tell how it holds up with daily use and exposure to water. So far it looks fine with no signs of rust, but I'll have to see if that continues months down the line. Another good thing is the edges are not sharp and you won't cut your tongue even if you apply some extra pressure. The compact size makes it portable. I can easily pack it for travel or keep it in my bag for freshening up during the day. It doesn't take up much space. For the price, this is recommended. You're getting a functional, well-designed tool that improves oral hygiene and gives you value for money. The dual-handle feature alone makes it worth it compared to basic scrapers. It's a simple addition to your routine that makes a noticeable difference.

Effective, Durable, and Great for Fresh Breath
The Zelmin’s Tongue Scraper is a simple yet highly effective tool for improving daily oral hygiene. The dual handle design makes it easy to hold and control, allowing you to reach the entire tongue surface comfortably. It removes buildup quickly and leaves your mouth feeling noticeably cleaner and fresher. The metal is sturdy, rust resistant, and easy to clean after each use. It’s a big improvement over plastic scrapers that bend or lose effectiveness over time. This scraper is especially helpful before meetings, meals, travel, or any moment when fresh breath matters. Pros: Dual handle design offers great control and easy use Durable, rust resistant metal that lasts long term More effective than flimsy plastic scrapers Helps eliminate odor causing buildup for fresher breath Easy to clean and store Cons: Metal edges may feel firm for very sensitive tongues Needs gentle pressure to avoid irritation Larger size may take a moment to adjust to compared to plastic scrapers Overall: This tongue scraper is effective, sturdy, and a great addition to your daily oral care routine. If you want fresher breath and a cleaner mouth with minimal effort, Zelmin’s scraper is an excellent choice.

Good Quality, Just Takes Practice
This tongue scraper seems well made and feels sturdy in the hand. I like the dual handle design because it gives a better grip and makes it easier to control while using it. The material also feels durable and easy to rinse clean after each use, which makes it feel like a nice addition to a basic oral care routine. Since this is new to me, there is definitely a little learning curve. It works fine, but it took me a couple tries to get comfortable with how much pressure to use and the best way to handle it. Once I started getting used to it, it felt easier. I gave it 4 stars because it is good quality and useful, but it does take a little practice at first.

price fair for the value
Simple but effective addition to a daily routine. The stainless steel feels sturdy and much nicer than plastic versions, and the dual handles make it easy to control. It cleans well without feeling harsh and rinses off quickly after use. Compact enough to toss in a toiletry bag too. Good basic hygiene tool that does what it’s supposed to.
