This class is designed to provide the basics for a strong foundation in wheel thrown and hand built ceramic forms. Build your basic skills and enhance your existing skills through demonstrations and individual instruction. Wheel throwing will focus on centering, shaping and creating basic vessel forms such as cylinders, vases, bowls, mugs and plates. Hand building will focus on slab and coil work to create one of a kind unique ceramic forms. All levels are welcome to attend, but the focus will be the foundations of ceramics with guidance for the intermediate student to further explore personal expressions in ceramics.Supplies: Basic pottery tool kit.

No casebook connect

I ordered a new print version of the textbook to specifically receive the casebook connect code. The book also came wrapped, but when I undid the wrapping and opened the textbook, there was no code. It looks like somebody peeled the code information away as the cover has some yellowing, which I imagine is due to glue residue. I’m incredibly disappointed and now I need to purchase the code in addition to the $220 I spent on this textbook.
