This product is shipped by Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight because it is too large or heavy to be shipped by standard parcel carriers such as UPS or FedEx. LTL freight shipments are delivered by professional freight carriers.

Delivery Options

- Dock Delivery

- Liftgate Delivery
Liftgate delivery is required if your location does not have a loading dock or forklift. The truck will be equipped with a hydraulic lift that lowers the pallet safely to the ground. For example, if your delivery address is a retail storefront, veterinary clinic, or residential area without unloading equipment, you should select liftgate delivery. This option ensures that your shipment can be safely unloaded at your location.

Returns

Most Adam Equipment products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified.

Returned items should be in new or lightly used condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

Warranty

Adam Equipment warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of dispatch. Coverage includes parts and labor for eligible repairs.

Warranty periods by product range:
- Five years: Equinox, Solis, Luna, Nimbus balances, PMB moisture analyzers, anti-vibration tables, AGB/AGF bench & floor scales, Cruiser CCT/CDT/CKT, GBC/GFC counting scales, GBK/GFK checkweighing scales, Gladiator waterproof scales, GB/GF platforms, GC indicators.
- Three years: Aqua ABW washdown scales, BCT/BKT label-printing scales, CPWplus, Highland HCB balances, Latitude LBX, Swift SWZ retail scales, MDW physician scales, MTB baby/toddler scales, AE403 indicators, PT/PTM platform scales, AELP pallet beam scales.
- Two years: SHS, LHS, IHS crane scales, AE503/AE504 indicators, Dune DCT, CBX/CB balances, and PTSplus/PTT pallet truck scales.

Exclusions: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, consumables, accessories, or non-Adam manufactured parts. Warranty is valid only if the product has been paid in full and used under normal working conditions.

Products must be returned in suitable packaging with the correct claim documentation. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to an Adam service center. Adam will cover the cost of return shipping for items repaired or replaced under warranty.
