"Deep, full ruby-red with a dark purple hue. The nose is voluminous, poised and youthful, penetrating ripe berries, plums entwined with dark herb, roses, five-spice, cedar and mealy nuance. Medium-full bodied, red berries, plums have a bright core; immensely fragrant dark medicinal herb, roses and cedar enriched the profile, unfolding five-spice and liquorice. Fine-grained, silky tannin and stony minerals lead by vibrant acidity carry to a long-lasting finish. The wine has wonderful concentration, shows vitality and strength for further development. This is a stylish, fragrant Syrah with a depth of complexity and vitality to be enjoyed for years to come. Match with beef short ribs and venison bresaola over the next 12+ years" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews, Nov 2021

"Deep purple with a clear rim and pronounced aromas of spice, cedar and ripe plums combine on the nose of this youthful new Syrah, made with grapes grown on Thomson’s Block Vineyard on Roy’s Hill in Hawke’s Bay. The 2019 vintage is shaping up to be one of the best of the past decade in the Bay and this wine expresses it beautifully with layers of spice, cedar and a hint of black pepper enveloped in a dry, full bodied expression of Syrah, which was blended here with 5% of Viognier from the Gimblett Estate vineyard. This adds a smooth texture, fleshes out the mid palate, adding viscosity and accentuating the ripe red and black plum flavours. The wine was aged in French oak barriques for 21 months and bottled without fining. Thomson’s Block is a north facing vineyard, planted in 2007 on Roy’s Hill in Hawke’s Bay; a sunny and warm site which optimises flavours in late ripening grapes, such as Syrah. All grapes were in this wine were hand picked and foot plunged in a small stainless open tank where they spent 11 days on skins to gain colour and flavour" Joelle Thomson, 2021

A beguiling combination of florals, red fruits, roses, Chinese five spice, smoked meats, liquorice, and fresh cedar lead to a concentrated palate with outstanding purity of flavour and vitality thanks to a fine backbone of natural acidity. Dense, mouthcoating tannins, and complimentary cedary oak, beautifully frame the wine providing a silky texture, culminating in a long succulent finish. A complex, intensely perfumed Syrah of style and character that will only develop more interest with time. Drink 2021 to 2036.

A blend of 95% Syrah and 5% Viognier grown in the Roys Hill apellation of Hawke's Bay. Thomson’s Block is an elevated, north-facing hillside vineyard located on Roys Hill behind the winery. Principally sandstone over limestone it was planted to Syrah in 2007. A sheltered site it is warm during the day but also cool at night. This feature, combined with the location, topography, and soil type, produces Syrah in a more elegant mold – think red fruits, florals, supple tannins, and vibrant acidity.

Hand-picked whole bunches of Syrah, along with a small amount of Viognier skins, were gently plunged by foot (traditional pigéage) in a small stainless steel open-top fermenter. After 11 days on skins the wine was pressed, allowed to settle for brief period, before being racked to brand new 225-litre French oak barriques for maturation. After 21 months the wine was racked out of barrel, filtered, and bottled in February 2021 with no fining.

Trinity Hill Single Vineyard wines are crafted from small parcels chosen for their ability to best exhibit unique style and place.

Excellent
Flavor Name: Peanut Butter, Size: Medium
I will purchase this again and again as long as it is made in the USA. I have bought this specific toy 3 times for one of my dogs. He still has all three of them. They are durable, long lasting and are not dangerous like some toys are if they start to come apart or after they’ve been chewed on for a while. With these chew toys, you can tell they’ve been chewed on but they don’t fall apart or come apart in large chunks. I watch my dogs with their toys and have had to take away other toys, even from Nylabone, because large pieces will come off or they will get too sharp where they’ve been chewed. Not this one. I’ll keep buying this one as long as it is USA-made. My dog has not damaged his teeth on this toy. I do get the wolf size which is good for dogs up to 50 pounds and he is 66 pounds.

Some dogs will probably love this.
Flavor Name: Peanut Butter, Size: Medium
My dogs were not very excited about this bone. I don’t think they are particularly picky, so I’m not sure why.

Depending on dog size, you may want to adjust bone size
Flavor Name: Peanut Butter, Size: Medium
This bone is attractive to both my 60 lb dogs. They're more light to moderate chewers at best but I remember when my youngest was a puppy, these things would buy me quite a few hours of quiet time. We repeatedly bought the ring style- must have had at least 5 as she was a rather voracious chewer. However, I don't mind replacing Nylabones one bit; they hold up well/can take A LOT of wear and make an excellent redirect for your bored puppy who ruined your favorite pair of shoes. I went down a size and bought a medium; I find that both dogs (full sized male Australian Shepherd + female lab/doberman mix) have trouble carrying a large size due to weight and this one is perfect for them! I would previously buy large ones who would barely ever get touched. However, you also don't want to buy one that's too small, so it's a fine line when you've got a dog who is somewhat in a weight range borderline.

Safe chew bone for strong chewers.
Flavor Name: Bacon, Size: Medium
This bone is exactly as advertised. I feel comfortable knowing it won’t splinter and last a good while. Only bone I let my dog chew.
