Ionic Liquid Mineral Supplement for Muscle Relief and Restful Sleep

Magnesium by CR Supplements is a high-purity liquid mineral essential for over 325 biochemical reactions, including energy production and muscle function.

This bioavailable formula supports the nervous system to promote a calm, centered feeling while encouraging deeper, more restorative sleep. Magnesium is critical for cellular regeneration and the maintenance of living cells, acting as a foundational nutrient for protein synthesis and glucose metabolism.

Because our supplement is in a water-soluble ionic form, it provides maximum absorption to help relieve muscle cramps, twitches, and joint discomfort. From supporting a healthy heart rhythm to maintaining strong bones and kidneys, this clean-label mineral is vital for systemic health and daily vitality.

  • Promotes Muscle Relaxation and Recovery: Helps the body release tension and supports healthy muscle function by assisting in the relaxation phase after contraction.
  • Supports Natural Energy Production: Plays a vital role in the production of ATP, the primary molecule used to fuel cellular energy and physical stamina.
  • Encourages Restful Sleep and Stress Management: Supports a calm nervous system, helping the body manage daily stress and maintain healthy sleep patterns.
  • Strengthens Strong Bones and Teeth: Assists in the transport and absorption of calcium into the skeletal system for improved bone density and flexibility.
  • Supports Cardiovascular Health: Promotes a healthy heart rhythm and supports blood vessel integrity for optimal circulatory function. Helps maintain blood pressure levels already within a normal range.
  • Encourages Cognitive Focus and Clarity: Supports neurological signaling and brain health, helping to maintain mental focus and memory.
  • Supports a Calm and Centered Mood: Helps manage daily stress and occasional anxiety by naturally relaxing the nerves and supporting emotional balance.
  • Maintains Kidneys: Works alongside other minerals to support optimal kidney performance.
  • Assists in Metabolic Balance: Helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels and supports efficient protein synthesis and cholesterol metabolism.
  • Essential for Cellular Energy: Plays a critical role in ATP production and glucose metabolism to fuel your body throughout the day.
  • Supports Protein Synthesis: Essential for the production of amino acids and virtually every major chemical reaction in the body.
  • Provides Superior Bioavailability: The water-soluble ionic format allows the mineral to bypass complex digestive breakdown for immediate cellular uptake.
  • Ensures Maximum Purity: Reverse osmosis water serves as a contaminant-free carrier, delivering pure minerals without unwanted additives or fillers.

Details

Magnesium is essential for over 325 enzyme reactions, including energy production and cholesterol management.

The Magnesium and Calcium Connection

Calcium and magnesium must stay in balance for proper assimilation. While calcium excites nerves and contracts muscles, magnesium calms nerves and enables muscle relaxation. Proper levels prevent unwanted calcification in joints and soft tissues.

Bone Health and Strength

About 50% of your body’s magnesium is stored in the bones. It is critical for transporting calcium into the skeletal system, ensuring bones remain strong and flexible.

America has the highest rate of milk consumption and calcium supplementation, yet the highest occurrence of bone loss (calcium loss) in the Western world. Quite evident from the statistics, here's a few facts about high-calcium intake:

  • Taking more calcium will not fix a calcium deficiency.
  • Taking more calcium can cause a magnesium deficiency.
  • Taking more magnesium will fix a calcium deficiency, and fix a magnesium deficiency too.
Common Signs of Low Magnesium

Insufficient levels may lead to muscle cramps, tension, and sleep troubles. It can also manifest as mental confusion, poor memory, or occasional fatigue. Physical signs include head tension, ear ringing, and digestive irregularities.

Modern Depletion Factors

High stress (mental and physical), processed white flour, and diets high in sugar, calcium and/or sodium, high perspiration and low thyroid function - all can rapidly deplete magnesium stores. Common substances like caffeine, alcohol, tobacco and certain medications also increase the need for supplementation.

Aluminum (in food and drink containers, baking powder, antiperspirants) blocks many normal magnesium functions. Unfortunately, a staple of our society's diet is white flour, and 85% of its magnesium has been removed.

Benefits of Ingredients

Ionic Magnesium: A macro-mineral essential for nerve signaling, muscle function, and energy metabolism.

Reverse Osmosis Water: Purified water that acts as a superior, high-solvency carrier for mineral delivery.

Support Cellular Health and Vitality with Proper Hydration

Adequate hydration is a foundational tool for detoxifying cellular waste and reducing the visible signs of aging. As a powerful solvent, water sustains and protects life by carrying essential minerals throughout the body and supplying cells with vital nutrients for optimal performance. Because the quality of your hydration directly impacts your health, it is essential to choose the right type of water for your system. Explore our collection of Energized Water products to enhance your daily hydration and support long-term vitality.

The Risks of Long-Term Consumption of Distilled Water

While distilled water is often used for short-term cleansing, it lacks the essential life-supporting minerals found in natural sources. Continuous consumption can lead to the depletion of vital electrolytes, including Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, and Sodium. For long-term health and systemic balance, it is critical to choose water that provides both hydration and foundational mineral support.

The Best Wonderland Trail book out there!
Format: Paperback
To plan my Wonderland Trail hike, I bought three different books, including this one. Tami's is by FAR the best. It offers great summaries of different sections as well as detailed descriptions. So many details are covered: permits, the Spray Park and Northern Loop options, packing, caching, conditioning, etc. There are numerous maps, and all of the charts at the back really helped me plan a well-informed itinerary. Great book! I used a hard copy edition of this book to plan my Wonderland hike (since I still really like good old-fashioned books) and then downloaded the Kindle version to my phone to use for reference on the trail. After a quick read each night, I could hit the trail the next morning well-prepared for the day ahead! I should point out that I did also bring along a Green Trails map of the Wonderland Trail, which I really only wanted to identify mountains, etc.

Best guide book I've ever purchased
Format: Paperback
This book is outstanding! Even though we backpacked the Northern Loop instead of Wonderland, there were sections in the book covering some of the camps we hiked to over our five nights in the back country. And then I ran the Wonderland Trail over three days the following week, so I was eagerly reading each night in my tent to see what I would be discovering on the trail. The author is a very good writer, knows her craft extremely well, and has obviously spent ample time in this absolute treasure of a national park. Thank you so much for writing such a valuable book.

Very Helpful Trip Planner
Format: Paperback
Good descriptions of trails, directions, and overview of each trail. I bought it to plan a trip in the Wonderland, but I realize that could be a book in itself. The information was a bit basic, but it did provide details on the different campsites that helped make decisions on which to stay at. All in all I would definately recommend!

The best guide out there for the Wonderland.
My husband and I used this book to plan our hike last year and it was an awesome guide. It breaks down your options based on direction you are traveling, number of days taken, and even difficulty level. We looked at the other books about the wonderland and really feel like this one was the best. If you are thinking of doing to Wonderland, you should buy this book, but don't expect to take it with you (unless you get the kindle), as others mentioned its a bit heavy. EDIT * After talking to Tami, I realized that some of the information I reviewed about the book was incorrect. I would like to point out, like she did, that there is an appendix that lists the number of sites each camp has (I previously assumed this information was missing from the book). This is an important bit of information we overlooked when it comes to applying for permits, as some of the camps only have a few spots available each night! Also, Sunrise visitor center was open past Labor Day BUT the restaurant was not and oh how disappointing that was! So definitely call and talk to someone at the park before making plans for a hamburger or milkshake.

Great book on a great trail
Format: Paperback
A wonderful book with great pictures and rich details on the trail experience. Highly recommended. For me, it brought back rich memories of a family-group hike 38 years ago: my mother at 78, myself at 44, my brother at 40, a young adult friend in her thirties, three teen-age boys (two during one section, a different one during the rest). and three daughters (14, 10, and 8). It was a great experience for us all. Get the book as a valuable enticement and guide, and go for it!
